Applebee's Grill + Bar

Absolutely horrible experience, not even necessarily because of the food — we didn’t stay long enough to get food because we waited over 15 minutes for any server to ask for our drink order…The table next to us waited for their food for over 45 minutes…not only was the place not busy at all, there were about four servers INCLUDING THE MANAGER sitting around the host stand talking and not paying attention to anything.

When we did leave, another couple followed after being sat only minutes before, and we realized my husband forgot his phone inside. the Manager of this establishment blatantly called my husband an asshole after not giving his phone back to him; my husband literally had to take it out of his hand — this manager is awful and should never speak to customers this way.

I've been to Applebee's happy hour numerous times. I always order the $4 house margarita. Instead I'm served a $11 margarita. When the bill came I ask about it and was told Applebee's has NEVER had a $4 house margarita on happy hour. Apparently I was in the twilight zone ordering a $4 house margarita and not Applebee's. The lies these restaurants tell.

I had to take my daughter here. She told me she had never been to Applebee's. I said you have to go to Applebee's once in your life if you live in the midwest

The food and the place were very good, but the service was very bad. I ordered another drink and it never came, and the waiter just walked by and didn't even pay attention when I asked for something.He just kept walking and said wait a minute and he would leave.

Late Dinner for a new teen's Birthday party of 13 people... Waiter was friendly but forgot about us and our order, over an hour for food most food was cold and not eatable, my double crunch shrimp was soggy not crunchy and cold. No how is the food, would you like anything else... no refills of even water... The wait was bad enough but no water or drinks with the food???
Birthday girl never got her food until it was brought to the mangers attention 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordered, waiter said I put the whole order in and that was that... because he never came back to the table, others were bringing wrong orders out to others and just leaving them in empty spots on the tables. Management tried to please, after the error and lack of attention. It was bad service and bad food no communication within staff and simply forgot about us. Mind you they brought the Classic Bacon Cheese Burger and Fries within 5 minutes. I can only imagine it was old and cold. How do you cook a burger and fries in 5 minutes? But it was ordered 1 hour and 15 minutes Prior. Disappointing. Do Better 👎

I asked for buttery potato, they brought 2 frozen butter balls on the side? I asked for mozzarella sticks for my son who wasnt there to go. Did not get them. Didn't realize it wasn't in the bag until we got home. Oh & had to ask for the bag. We tipped well too.

The waitress never checked on us. We had to yell at other employees to get refills on drinks, etc.
