Got here a little after 8pm this Friday (3/29). We ordered our drinks and got those in a timely manner. After that, we ordered our food. Nothing crazy, just wings, burger, chicken sandwich, and four cheese Mac and cheese. After waiting for over 45 minutes and seeing groups order after us and get their food before us, we asked for an update on our food. Our server forgot to enter it and we had to wait an additional 20+ minutes before getting our food. In the meantime, we ordered a to-go order for one of our SOs (crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich) and their food came out before our original food. We weren't offered or given any compensation. The final nail in the coffin was we got home and saw the to-go order had no chicken in it. Very disappointing experience.

This place is so great. I've had some issues with other Applebees in the past, but NEVER this location. My partner and I have been coming to this one for quite a while and have become regulars here. We usually come for halfapps and bring a board game to play, bring an ipad to watch a show, or just study. We have had zero issues with the staff and food. Everyone here is so kind to us, I wish I knew everyones names! Bryant, James, Ally, Nico, Bryan, Maddy, Kaylee, Hannah, and everyone is so amazing. Some of the waiters have even started to remember our orders loll. I've come here definitely over 50 times, and not once has our food been messed up. The cooks in the back are wonderful. Food comes out insanely fast too. Usually takes about 8-15 minutes!! Even when it's super busy, the staff is so kind. Once when they had a full house, James was our waiter and was so fast! He had to deal with annoying people who sat themselves and were being rude to him, but his attitude and response was amazing! Please tip your waiters!! These guys are amazing and deserve the world. Thank you to the amazing staff who are always so welcoming and kind to my partner and I. We love you guys!Vegetarian options: There aren't too many vegetarian options, but there are still some options to pick from. Staff and waiters can let you know if they're vegetarian or it will be on the menu. Things like pasta aren't able to be modified to remove the meat or chicken, so be aware of that. Most sandwiches have meat, but they do offer an Impossible cheeseburger here!Parking: Parking lot is HUGE. Lots and lots of space, you wont have to walk more than 15 feet.Kid-friendliness: Staff is super kid friendly! Just make sure they aren't being too loud or rude. This is a restaurant.
The server forgot to put our FOOD order in. We waited almost an hour and a half and they didn’t give us any discounts afterwards. I ordered a chicken sandwich to go half way through for my girlfriend at home. The chicken sandwich came before the rest of our food and I discovered at home that they forgot the CHICKEN on a CHICKEN sandwich. Do not go here.

We didn't get any service till almost 30 minutes of being sat down, the one person who was bussing tables mastered the art of looking busy while doing absolutly nothing walking back and forth on the floor. The assistant manager was just walking back and forth on the floor avoiding eye contact with any coustomers while two of the workers stood on the floor shopping on Amazon. It was 20 minutes after we finally ordered before we even got our drinks and 30 minutes after that for food. When the food came i had ordered the Alfredo which was watered down and rubbery.

Sunday night, Mgr. Greeted us at the door, Sage took our order right away!!! We were surprised by happy hour prices and shared 3 appetizers that were hot and very good tasting! Chicken Wonton Tacos, were our favorite! Boneless wings were 8 to a plate! Chicken Quesadilla were filling. Sage checked on us multiple times & was a wonderful server! Kind and efficient.Parking: Busy but easy to park.
