If I could give this arby's a lower star rating than one star, I would. This place is so disgusting from the employee's attitudes down to their nasty food, which is a lot different than all the other arbies, that are out there serving up quality customer service and food. From playing games on the phones to serving, we owe sale bread and thinking it's okay. But have no doubt i'm applying as management at that location.

I was the only one on the drive thru and the older lady acted like I was taking too long or something she looked very sad and angry or depressed when I got to the window and even sounded like it on the speaker , if that's how you treat ppl at least make them feel welcomed

Rude person at drive thru. Ordered the new really messy cheese steak sandwich and zero napkins in the bag. Meanwhile they screwed up someone else's order. Will not return.

Got home and opened the box to my roast beef sandwich and it was just a pile of meat..Me and my roommate were laughing hysterically..The Mac and cheese is weird..The service was excellent..

The staff here is incredibly rude and not very competent. Not once did we hear a ‘thank you’ or see a smile; didn’t feel very welcome at all and it was like coming for food was such a burden on them 🙄. Only one of our three meals was made into a combo which just made things more expensive, it should just be implied that also ordering a drink and side means it’s a combo meal.

Don’t get me wrong, I was once a fast food worker too and it’s very stressful but it really isn’t an excuse to seem so rude and unhelpful. My shake wasn’t even completely mixed all the way through.

Saw the 2 sandwiches for $7 and decided to swing by Arby’s. We hadn’t been in years. OMG! The sandwiches were as delicious as we recalled. Ad an added bonus, they actually looked like the do on the commercials! They were filled with meat and not all mashed down. A+ fast food experience.
