I went to Arby's to order food. I gave the employee a $50 bill. They took my bill and came back with a manager to tell me that my $50 bill was fake. Excuse me? I submitted a complaint to Arby's corporate and was offered a free meal.
Really? I wasn't looking for free food but to have my problem addressed. The management still has not replied or contacted me. (Clip attached).

This Arby’s food was good but they skimped out on the meat for sure. All the other Arby’s I’ve been to put the amount that is suppose to go on the sandwich. I paid 13$ for a brisket meal and got way less than 3 ounces of meat that was suppose to go on there. Won’t be going to that one again!!!
Customer service was ok, looked like they just slapped the sandwich together with no pride of making it. I Love Arby’s and the food, but this one was garbage for sure.
Need to hire new staff who takes pride in their job and the food they make. People who work here maybe should get better training!!!!!

Refused to deliver my order... place is a disgrace to the food industry, I myself work in the food industry and to simply deny delivery cause they don't feel like it, just doesn't fly. Should get closed down and build something else cause this is a joke.

I went to Arby’s and I got by a nice women however there was this fat guy being disrespectful and expected others to do his job. His name was Howard I think. Arby’s you can do better and keep in mind on who you are hiring. He was disrespectful and treating them like they were his slaves. I have never in my lifetime seen anything like this. Not only that he was glaring at customers. I am a slow eater and I was taking my time and enjoying my meal, but I kept noticing Howard glaring at me since I was taking to long this made me very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I doubt I’ll return. Please do better and get rid of him.
