I give zero ⭐ I'm sitting in the drive thru being ignored I can see the employees ignoring everyone in the drive thru there is a line to the street I would never come back I had to wait in drive thru then was told I had to come innAfter waiting for 15 minutes in drive thru the worker was rude somebody needs to do something about the customer service here sucks

This place is a joke, manager offers me a job saying they definitely can find a place for me in their store, tells me they will call me back after the weekend, never hear anything so I call them, and the worker and manager who promised me a position proceed to call me names and insult me to each other, they forgot to press hold so I heard everything they said, complete garbage

Staff leaves people waiting to order at the counter while they fill orders for door dash. Cook tossed the sandwich across the counter, it unwrapped and the staff just scooped it up and re-wrapped it, stuck it in a bag and handed it to me. When I said something to the gal about that she just looked at me and then turned away. The counter didn't really even look clean. The floor in the place is looking really tacky in the main part of the restaurant.

I’ve had bad/slow service at this location before, but my experience tonight has me irritated. The drive thru line was slow, as usual. After paying at the window I was handed my drink and was asked to pull ahead to the door to wait for my food. I pulled ahead and waited for close to 15 minutes! (Isn’t this fast food?) I finally walked back to the window to see what the hold up was. The girl working the drive thru window said she’d go check with the kitchen. A short time later, a man brought my food out. I get home, unpack my food, and notice the bun is burnt. So, apparently while I was waiting for my food my bun was burning on the grill. Awesome. I tried peeling off the burnt parts but ultimately ripped up the bun so badly I just threw it away. Going forward I’ll happily drive to a different location for faster service and better food.

When I walk in the place look like a ghost town. Nobody at the counter for about 2 minutes. I did an online order they said it just printed up even though I made the order 20 minutes prior. I got my food check my my French fries and they were lukewarm at I also had ordered a fish sandwich. That at least was somewhat hot.my Coke was cold do the ice that was in it

Been coming here for years and never had an issue until today, the service was extremely rude. We forgot to add something to our order and so we were trying to add the order to when we're when paying for our food, and the guy who was giving the food told us he can't do that and we have to drive all the way back around to do that which makes no sense whatsoever and knowing ppl who worked in the food industry doing take out pretty certain. You can add food on.. and then when we went to go place the second order my driver was trying to thinking of what he wanted and apparently was making sounds that annoyed the lady who was taking the order and git very rude and was like cab you hurt up and make your order without making that sound like this is not how you treat your customers... will not be coming to this location any longer oh and we call corporate and they also didnt seem to friend about this whole situation..it was an older lady and a poc and he has glasses.

Slow as he'll. Been sitting in the drive through for almost 15 minutes. An there's about 5 cars and three people in the very front waiting on food. An each person at the speaker has to wait about 3 minutes before even ordering. The people inside clearly can't multi task. Do better management.

The place was packed with people in the drive thru and customers inside. It looked like only two people were working and they were doing better than I expected. Please hire more people before you lose these two guys.

The lady at the drive-thru is always rude and never listens to the order given. Always have to repeat it at least twice. She also cuts in when someone else is taking the order, very annoying!

Horrible service. We ordered 3 of the 2 for 7 deals. We asked to change one of the onion buns to a regular bun. The woman workimg (sandy blonde hair maybe in her 50s) was very short with our question and rude. She said we couldn''t which is strange because I have at other locations but whatever.when we got tobthe window she would barley reach out to grab our money and made some strange comment about a bar Infront of her and that she was not about to stick her hand out the window into the cold. I was actually in the back seat of the car and watching the woman help my friend qas very insulting. she wasnlookingvat him in a very degrating judgemental mannor like he was some terrible person. She seemed to be stereotyping him because he was wearing a bandana. Then when the woman was handing him out food she dropped the bag out the window and it hit the ground. She abruptly yelled back to her coworkers that she needed 2 more sandwhiches. My friend picked the bag of food up off the ground and we pulled forwardbtonwait four food as she directed us to do. Then a man came out with a bag ( heavy set african american gentleman) of food and proceeded to tell us that it was our fault the food hit the ground and since we picked it up they woukd not replace it. We asked him why that was and he said because they were eating it. Well he would not have known that prior to approaching the car so that's just a complete excuse. We said to him that we know it was just going to be thrown away so why waste the food. Now I myself have been homeless in the past. I cannot understand for the life of me why we would throw out food vs eat/ allow some hungry person to eat it. I'm guessing these 2 employees have never had to live in survival mode been homeless and starving or know what its like to experience hard times. But I can't imagine that a huge company like arbys would support that unprofessional behavior from their employees. To blame us for the lady dripping the food was downright rude and to not replace it.....completely unexceptable service. .these 2 employees should have to take a class in customer service. Inwill never go to this location again.

had a very akward experience going thru the drive thru. I was "helped" by Tessa. who when I asked for marinara said "I already knew that" then when I asked for a diffrent cheese on my sandwich she responded with "say please". if I wasn't worried about having my food tapered with I would have said something. this location had had previous incidents of threats being said from there "managment" staff to point where other employees where holding this guy back from physical assaulting me. I see things here have not changed only gotten worse. the most entitled and rude staff at any establishment I've ever dealt with. I've already reached out to coorprate previously and clearly they don't care about the appalling service being displayed at this location. I love arbys. I hate this location.

So unprofessional and rude! The man taking my order was more concerned with talking with his co workers that he couldn’t take my order! He’s main reply was HUH? A little customer service goes a long way! Then to top it off fries were cold and the food was just thrown together!

Lack of customer service is an understatement. These people are rude and disrespectful. Not only was I given cold fries but there's a older white woman who may be a manager who was ready to argwith me about my order as if I didn't know what I ordered and paid for. But you also have the guy in the picture who works the register but also handles the food without gloves and not washing his hands. Please close this location down or hire a new staff

We showed up and there was a line at the drive-thru. When I got to the window I found that there were only two employees running the whole place handling all the orders and the drinks and the sandwiches and the fryer. They were calm cool professional and I intimately understand the hell that the two employees were in handling all the sales volume by themselves they were fantastic but that Arby's deserves a team.
