Was not that great have had way better at other locations also found a hair in my food but was not able to prove it because we took it to go plus way to much money for what I got DO NOT GO!!!!
I used my app to get a free welcome pretzel at the store and the employee was not honoring the app's welcome gift. So he cancels the order then rings up the pretzels and charges me and I lose my free welcome pretzel. Then he tells me he doesn't understand English. So I start talking to him in Spanish which he starts stuttering and tells me to bad. This is absolutely unacceptable service.
It’s nice to watch how Auntie Anne’s signature snacks are made fresh, and the smell is definitely tempting. However, I found the pretzels a bit too greasy for my taste. Still a good spot if you’re craving a warm, salty snack while walking through the mall.
$8 for a tiny cup of pretzel bites. I asked for the dipping sauce, extra $2 ! Lol. Then I'll just take a bottle of water, $3.19! Wtf. Never again.

Perfect place to visit for something salty and favorable. Tried the pepperoni pretzel bites with spicy cheese salsa that was fantastic. The pretzels were hot out of the oven, and we're enjoyable. A must try.

Paid $9.44 for a small pretzel nuggets w/ dipping sauce…it had six pieces total. Never had that happen at other locations
