Bartender Shawn (or Sean?) was very friendly and attentive. Drinks were kind of pricy, though.

I didn't eat, but throughout my week's stay at this hotel bar I had outstanding service and atmosphere every night. Sean is one the coolest and best bartenders anywhere! Dude loves his gig and people, and its contagious....

Popped in here a few times during my stay with our group. Staff was very accommodating & food pretty good. Think they should stock some local brews on tap to appeal to the travelers.

Decent entrees. Good burger.Undercooked fried cauliflower (batter was still raw, cauli was cool to the touch when it arrived) and floppy French fries.Disappointed about this visit compared to my last one a couple years back, when we were wowed by walleye and other del ious entrees.

Kind staff and decent food.I chose to come here just because it’s in the hotel but it was a much more pleasant experience than I expected.

2 people at the bar, 1 at a table, we went in around 130pm, took order waited waited waited forever for food, then bill, then cc back to go. WHY? Very nice, but very slow moving when your on a schedule. Food so so

Overall, it was a poor experience. Being our only time there, I can't say if this is the norm. Only one waiter and one bartender on a Saturday night. We were seated right away. Given menus and drink orders taken. Our drinks came quickly, minus the glass of water that my wife ordered in addition to her cocktail. She asked 2 more times for it and never got one. The menu had gluten friendly options for my wife and son. The food took a while to come, but it was hot and fresh. Everyone's food was delicious. We then tried for a half hour to flag the only waiter down for our check it took him 10 minutes to get it to us, another 10 for him to co.e back and get it and our credit card. He went into the back and came in and out to other tables for 10 minutes while our card was who knows where, presumably laying on a counter somewhere in the back. Not cool. This whole scenario took nearly 2 hours. We were staying in the hotel and had nowhere to be.

It was an outstanding property. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Located near the Mall, the airport and right off the freeway. I would definitely stay here again. The location and quality are everything you could ask for! Have fun!

My husband and I stumbled upon the Duck Decoy Show at the Marriott and it was SO fun. We went from room to room hearing about the history and checking out all the art. We also met the best people, in the rooms and at the bar. Sean, our bartender, was such a pleasure to hang out with. Highly recommend staying here!

Bartender Dustin was great but drinks were way over priced .... There's no way Tito's should be 12.50 ??

2 eggs, uncooked hash browns, ham and a English muffin: $20. Orange juice: $7.00. I just spent $27 plus tip for about $3.00 worth of food. Highly recommend you go anywhere else. I’m just lazy.

Had the pleasure of visiting this hotel, which is remarkably close to the airport, and as such incredibly convenient, noting, it’s also within a block or two of the Mall of America. The hotel is somewhat dated but it is very clean and a nice overall property to stay at should you require to stay close to the airport. Most importantly, the hotel front desk staff are out of this world amazingly friendly, customer centric, committed to ensuring all your requests are taken care of and that they exceed your expectations in every way they can! Liliona, Ashley and Megan we’re all so fun to connect with when I went to the front desk and really made me feel how much they respect my loyalty as an ambassador elite, but even more so they’re positive spirit and high energy was awesome…!!! Ps the shuttle bus driverJose is another remarkable employee who is so incredibly nice and willing to do whatever he can to keep you happy. Great guy!!!

Stayed one night after late flight into Minneapolis. Was somewhat apprehensive based on some reviews, but I would not discourage anyone from staying here (and I am picky about cleanliness!). Yes, hotel is a bit “tired”: could use freshening up at outdoor entrance, hallway on our floor had an odd (but not overpowering) smell, some paint peeling above bathroom door (I looked specifically to see as another post complained); but seriously, worth the price of a one night stay. It was clean, front desk attendant walked us to elevator, and bar tender (Shawn) was friendly and quickly got cocktails “to go” up to our room. Would stay again - for a quick overnight.
