Food options good. Steak was overcooked at medium. Good sides and desserts. Overall nice ambiance and service.

The food, service, and ambiance were perfect. Thanks for making my wife's birthday dinner memorable.

The service was excellent. Food was good. Very large portions. We both had seafood and it was a bit overdone. Loved that they allowed..and even recommended we split a salad. The menu was a little vague on what was included with the entree. For my dish it listed asparagus, which would usually be a couple of spears. This was a full serving, making the asparagus side that we ordered too much. We took A LOT of food home.

I'm sure the steak is good, but it was too expensive for us. The chicken wild rice soup was really not good and the squash popper things were even worse. The chicken dinner was ok. The place is beautiful but terribly over priced.

Always a good go-to when I'm staying at the Hilton in Bloomington, MN. Good food and service!

We were extremely disappointed by the food. Everything we ate had absolutely no flavor. The chopped salad looked like it had been ground in a blender and it was mushy. The walleye was a great portion it again it had absolutely no flavor. The salmon was so so because it had a spicy sauce but overcooked. Our server was very nice but he was covering too large of an area. In addition to the tables he was serving a private party in the room. There was a manager walking around and never stopped to see how things were. I rarely write bad reviews because we are usually very happy. We will never go back to this restaurant.

Filet grilled to perfection. All waitstaff, especially Michelle, was informative, personable, attentive. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem, not only for special occasions but for consistent quality food and quiet atmosphere

JayO was an awesome server, food was delicious, playing beautiful, the sauce on pork chop was so so good , wild rice soup was not a favorite, tasted over cooked, calamari app delicious, also the bread was served with whipped butter, olive oil & herb garlic mix that was wonderful

Excellent dinner at Bloomington Chophouse, located in the Hilton hotel. Went in for Restaurant Week and added a couple extra starters.
Service was exceptional — two waiters regularly checked in on us, ensuring our meal was pleasant and had everything we needed. Had a great conversation with both about food and drink recommendations.

Here’s the meal breakdown (Restaurant Week + more):

- NA Red Wine Blend — flavorful like a rosé. First time trying a non-alcoholic red wine and definitely would recommend.
- Buffalo chicken soup — good flavor, very creamy and rich.
- Crab cake — delicious! Loved it the most with the harissa vinaigrette and a squeeze of lemon. Really enjoyed that it didn’t rely on breading to keep it formed which allowed the crab flavor to shine.
- Hush puppies & Sausage — both excellent! Best hush puppies I’ve had in a restaurant in the twin cities! Great flavor (slightly spicy) and had a nice crunchy coating. The sausage was delicious, juicy, and flavorful. In my opinion, both were excellent on their own and the sauce was not needed.
- Brisket — nice fat cap on top. Pulled apart easily with my fork. Paired nicely with the pickles and mustard.
- Ribs — Delicious spice rub (sweet and smoky) and very tender meat! Stellar!
- Baked beans — If chili and traditional baked beans had a baby, this would be it! Sweet, savory, and smoky with 3 types of beans and bacon. Wowzer! Knocked it out of the park!
- Strawberry Shortcake — where to start? The biscuit was baked to perfection and loved the sugar granules on the top half. The strawberry rhubarb sauce was perfectly balanced — not too sweet and not too tart. The whipped cream tasted homemade. Fabulous dessert!
Overall great dinner! Will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

Only bar service at noon. We had to go looking for someone to find out where to sit. The bartender was a little less than friendly.....
The evening service has always been excellent so we were a little surprised by the lunch service.

The bartender was seriously so rude. I ordered a cocktail (that was on the menu) and he rolled his eyes so I said “should I pick something easier?” And he said “It’s just really busy”

We went for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning. They showed a full breakfast menu on their website but were only offering a buffet when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food options were limited, but what we had was good. Easy to get to, lots of parking, and no wait to get in. This is a great option for any meal if you are looking for an option that may be less busy than other local establishments.
