We had an incredible experience at Bloomington Chophouse! Our waiter, Jay O, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each item he brought to us. My husband and I had such a wonderful dinner — it was one of the best, if not the best, filets we’ve ever had. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend! P.S. order the calamari... oh.. my... goodness it's so fantastic!!
Had the tomahawk steak and it was pretry deadly

Had the filet steak, which was tasty, but I had asked for medium rare and it was mostly well done. My colleagues filet was over cooked as well.

Great customer service, from the hostess, manager, servers and other staff, very helpful, attentive, all focused on providing me an excellent experience--kudos to everyone. My server was Paul, thank you for a fun night!! The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. Expensive, but worth it, this is why I work hard, so I can have an abundance to do the things that I've always dreamed about!!
Starter: oysters and Blue Moon. MAIN: petite filet and Pinot Noir. Dessert: Espresso Martini and Strawberry Shortcake

Visited Bloomington Chophouse because they donated a gift card to a raffle for charity, and I was lucky enough to win! We came in with high expectations and they were still exceeded - the vibe was right, the staff made good recommendations, and the food was delicious! Definitely will be back again.

Our group of 4 left happy, relaxed and full. We made a table reservation for a Saturday at 1730; it wasn't busy, so conversation was easy. Not a ton of parking as the lot is shared with the Hilton. The Prime rib, table bread, shrimp cocktail, loaded potato, and house coffee were group favs.
Great food and great service.

My husband and I tried the Cop House to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary. We had two servers Tim and Jay. They were both very attentive without being intrusive. They knew the menu and were very helpful with deciding which delicious entree to choose. We opted for the 6 oz filled, new yourk strip, scalloped potatoes, mushrooms, pea/feta salad, Ceaser salad. It was all mouth watering delightful. The side of mushrooms easy serves four. We both liked the option of ordering half a salad as we like different ones. The way the restaurant is set up, tables not all grouped into one large room, rather separated by aisles, risers, wood half walls, with carpeting and upholstered chairs/booths keeps the ambience calm, quiet, classy. We had a lovely experience, you will too!
Breakfast/lunch place only. Breakfast ends 11AM. Friendly server. Big hotel vibe, swishy but sterile.

Food options good. Steak was overcooked at medium. Good sides and desserts. Overall nice ambiance and service.
The food, service, and ambiance were perfect. Thanks for making my wife's birthday dinner memorable.
The service was excellent. Food was good. Very large portions. We both had seafood and it was a bit overdone. Loved that they allowed..and even recommended we split a salad. The menu was a little vague on what was included with the entree. For my dish it listed asparagus, which would usually be a couple of spears. This was a full serving, making the asparagus side that we ordered too much. We took A LOT of food home.
I'm sure the steak is good, but it was too expensive for us. The chicken wild rice soup was really not good and the squash popper things were even worse. The chicken dinner was ok. The place is beautiful but terribly over priced.
