Not the food you’d expect with a restaurant associated with a Hilton!

The food was delicious! I had the salmon and my husband hat the sirloin. It was one of the best salmons I've ever had. The steak was also very good. Our server was top notch and was fabulous with our kids.

1st and last time coming. It's not the best experience.ordered a streak, and considering this a steakhouse; this was not tasty/satisfying.service was okay, I guess.everything is overpriced for what it is, I thought that with the high price of food, it'd be quality and tasty, but this can definitely be found elsewhere. Lesson learned, but maybe it's just not for me. hope this helps the reader.

Because we arrived a little early. We started at the bar. Timothy, the bartender makes great drinks, fun and a great guy! Moving to the restaurant. We were greeted at the table by Jay, he was very attentive, made the dining experience great. I and my wife ordered the sirloin 8 oz medium rare, it was spot on good. We shared the roasted artichoke salad- yummy. We also ordered the mashed potatoes, which I requested them to add garlic, it was amazingly good. Chophouse should adopt that idea, you’re welcome plus a free dinner ;). The manager came by to ensure all was good, this is much appreciated. One small disappointment, the bar had a fee better appetizers than the restaurant, I was told it’s because the bar menu is different, which I find that puzzling. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and warm dinning environment. We are planning to go back for the prime rib. This visit will make this place a favorite, if all turns out well. To be continued…

Refined venue that blends Classic and Modern Steakhouse vibes (fresh flowers at the table, comfy booths and tables). They have great Happy Hour and other unique specials. We enjoyed the Ribeye (ordered Medium by my dinner guest), Steak and Shrimp, sautéed mushrooms, Oysters, and the best calamari I've had in quite some time. Tasty drink cocktails as well. Chocolate dipped macaroons to finish it off. Jay our server, gave us the VIP treatment. They also have Private Rooms available for special occasions. If you haven't tried this place, I highly suggest you do. The current staff if awesome, and obviously so is the food. I'll be back soon! Uploading the pics has me drooling.

Came here for a work lunch. Pretty quiet at the time. We had a good waiter and he kept it pretty quick for us. I got a grilled chicken caesar salad (a classic go to for lunch) and it was good.. nothing outstanding. I probably would not come here unless it was for a work event though.

We arrived and had to leave fairly soon after due to an emergency at home, but our server was still amazing. It was my birthday dinner, and even though we only ended up having time to stay for drinks, she went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. We will be back because she was so awesome.

Beautiful place. Great attention to detail when it was built and from the staff. The manager, Brittany, is quite approachable and genuinely cares about customer service. We've stayed at the Bloomington Hilton several times, have eaten in the Chophouse and hung out for happy hours, and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, service and food, especially when Melissa takes care of us. I had questions about a bill from a previous visit, and Brittany, graciously and thoroughly put my concerns to rest. Its a nice place to stay (The Hilton), and a wonderful place to eat, hangout and even make new friends. Thx Brittany, Melissa and the rest of the restaurant staff!

The food was amazing! The lobster mac and cheese was cooked perfectly, as well as the streaks, the calamari wasn't rubbery like some places and the brussel sprouts were an awesome blend of sweet and savory. The steak tips in the brown gravy is something I'd order every visit! The mashed potato dish was the only thing I was a little disappointed in as it was just basic potatoes with little flavor but add butter salt and pepper or use the garlic lemon parsley mix they serve with the bread before your food comes out and it's way better. All in all though I can't wait to go back and enjoy another delicious meal! Oooh and the Dark chocolate pie was 10/10 amazing not expensively sweet or rich, a perfect balance!

I ordered steak here with a friend of mine and was very disappointed with the quality. Given the price, I expected a far better cut of meat. It was over cooked and did not have good flavor. Unfortunately I was pressed for time and didn’t have the option to send it back.

Very nice place. We had the Thanksgiving buffet. The food was all very good. Great service. A bit over priced but that's the price you pay for eating out on a holiday!

I had a really nice meal here, which is located inside the Hilton. The steakhouse is not your average hotel restaurant, in my opinion. The service, steaks, sides & cocktails were really fantastic. Highly recommended!

Who is really giving this place a 5-star??I ordered a pasta dish & unbelievably horrible. Didn’t have no test or flavor at all. The bread they serve is just a joke. This place put itself up in the scale without anything supporting it. The people are nice but it’s an empty 5-star. Honestly, Oliver Garden is much better.
