OMG!!! I wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant within the Hilton, but was I ever surprised!\nI ordered the Seared New York Strip with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and broccoli, and it was PERFECT! The steak was cooked to order, with seasons that kept me (a definite salt person) from ruining it by putting salt on it! I ordered the salad, side of fries and burrata with tomatoes appetizer. Fries were great, though cooled off quickly. Salad was fresh but for such a basic side salad, not at all worth it. The burrata was generous in the cheese serving. Just a small number of tomatoes and enough bread to get through half the cheese. Spent a week at this hotel and went down to the bar/restaurant every night. Staff were great and so was the food. Might be a MN thing but $10 for a beer was a little crazy but it is what it is. Not gonna give them a lower rating over that.
