Corporate location apparently that charges more. I was incorrectly charged for adding cream cheese into my sandwich. Weird ordering process unlike other brueggers

I don't know what's going on at this location, but I've been more and more disappointed. I was yelled at last time for not reading where to stand to place an order even the other guest rolled their eyes with me and commented. Today I slowly told the gentleman my order.... he entered a completely different sandwich on the screen and I kindly corrected him, he placed the blame on me..... he went over and talked to the sandwich maker.... I then got THE TINIEST AMOUNT OF CREAM CHEESE......ever. of course I was gone already when I opened it up. I feel I was retaliated against......Change is not easy..... but I home things can improve.

Louis, the gentleman who assisted me in my bagel acquisition this morning, was a pleasure to deal with.I came in with a relatively mundane order, and contrary to what appears to now be the "new normal," at least regarding abysmal customer service nowadays, Louis handled it expertly, so i wanted to recognize his efforts...Although i didn't take his recommendation this morning, it was at the very least refreshing to even receive one, honestly.Louis represented himself as well as Bruegger's Bagels impeccably, and the plain bagel sausage one egg, cheese sandwich he made me was on point in all respects.I actually drove well out of my way to avoid a few nearer to home Bruegger's which I've either had issues with in the past or read consistently awful and alarming reviews on, and I'm very glad that i did, because Louis didn't in any way disappoint! Thank you sincerely for your efforts and demeanor, Louis - Mr Eric was both impressed and satisfied, and i appreciate you for it!I'll be back as a direct result of Louis. Thanks!

I love this brueggers! I like that they switch up the layout to see what works best for the customer. They also play fun tunes vs the coffee shop next door. Staff is super friendly to me when I stumble over my words at 7 am.

Went into the Southtown location about 1:00 PM to purchase a bakers dozen. They either out or almost out of the varieties I was wanting. The manager asked me which ones I was looking for, then had my whole order baked up fresh in 15 minutes. Outstanding service!!

Horrible service. Did not wind up getting any food. Person behind me walked out before I did. Treats hard of hearing customers rudely - employees rolled eyes at me when I said I could not hear them. Capable of assisting only 1 customer at a time. Long wait for service. Treated me like I was 2. Manager thinks he's funny and actually said that since I didn't respond to his joke (that I only partially heard because of my hearing issues) "I work slower when people don't respond to my jokes". Point -you don't help customers anyway!

THIS is what a bagel should be!!! Soft, yet chewy - and crispy on the outside. Everything was fabulous from the service (on a busy Saturday morning) to the food!!!
Let me first say that the people working here are great. Good and speedy service. Employees are so much to a customer’s experience and they do a fantastic job.However… the place does not look well kept. More than half of the establishment was roped off from dining in. Only about six 2-person tables available for eating at. Saw a similar thing in the downtown Minneapolis Bruegger’s so I don’t know if this is a corporate decision or what. The whole place just looked worn out, neglected and unwelcoming.

I recently visited this establishment with the simple expectation of enjoying a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I anticipated. Initially, there was a mix-up at the counter, as the staff member attending to me forgot my order. After reconfirming my choice, I was directed to the register, only to be informed shortly after that my selected bagel was unavailable. I promptly chose an alternative, but when my order was finally prepared, it was not only the incorrect type of bagel, but it also wasn't toasted as requested. Disappointed by the oversight and the quality of service, I will not to returning to this location in the future.

Just avoid this location. Had to wait for 5 minutes to get my order in. Guy gorilla grips my bagel and crushes it flat. Then only puts cream cheese on one side. Plus out of all the locations in the metro that I've been to it's the most expensive. Generally just crappy and not impressed
