I get lunch here every week, the staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently good. Would be nice to see the lobby re-open for dine-in though (currently only take-out).
I picked up order i had called in 15 minutes earlier. Order was ready and i was checked out in 2 minutes. Great service as always.

Filthy. Large man dripping sweat down his obviously soiled days old shirt onto the counter my bagel is being prepared by him on. And im pretty certain more than a few drops onto my food.? Menu items look crusty and old. Visited @ approximately 10am on a weekday. Which day I cannot recall I fed my bagels to my dog. Skip this particular Brueggers. P.S. I forgot. Rancid odor permeating every crevice in store.?
Came in early at 6:30 am and no one it’s working this place it’s close

The bagels were sooooo great. The service at the counter was professional and just the right balance of friendliness!
Did not have a mask, asked employee if they have extra, which they should since their employees are required to wear them, employee said no and refused service. Place is rarely ever open. Hours are limited. Selection limited. First time attempting to go there after moving to the area a year ago, I’ll stick with erberts.
The crew here always seems to be in a great mood! Bagels are delicious!
Hmmmm.....meh. Ordered an egg bagel sandwich. It was OK. Coffee was luke warm as was the staff.
This location is frequently out of my go to bagel flavors, usually about 2 hours before closing. I avoid this location for that reason.
