They advertised that their breakfast sandwiches are made with "freshly cracked eggs" but they're actually pre-cooked and thrown into a warmer. Even McDonald's uses freshly cracked eggs - why can't Bruegger's? Freshly cracked doesn't mean hours old - your company can and should do better.Other than this criticism, I've had pretty good experiences with this restaurant. The service and food have been good every time.
Extremely nice and attentive staff. I got the farm house sandwich which was good. I would have given 5 stars but the dining area was extremely outdated and dirty. Broken booths, uneven tables and trash around. The staff is why I will keep coming back.
The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I ordered the Western egg sandwich and they asked if I wanted any toppings omitted, and which bagel. I'm impressed they were so thorough. The sandwich tasted great and was made fresh (even the eggs were cooked right before consumption.) I ate in their dining area, which was nice, except when I washed my hands in the restroom the music was ten times as loud than out in the dining area, but besides that, I enjoyed my experience.
