Billy was an amazing server and person! Promote this guy! He really blessed our family this christmas. He was prompt to get what we needed and was extremely friendly !

Here’s a short and clear review perfect for Google or Yelp: First time at Bubba Gump Shrimp at Mall of America. The food was good, but the portion was very disappointing. The $45 Boat Trash with Maine Lobster looked like it could serve two people, but it wasn’t even enough for one. We politely shared our feedback with the staff. Unfortunately, it’s not worth the price. Probably our first and last visit. I’d rather go to a steakhouse next time. 🥹

Billy was our server and did a great job. We come here often and love the atmosphere and the food is very good. Sign up for the membership, no brainer and get $25 every year for your bday ongoing. We have visited bubba gump locations all over the country and all have been great.

Great service extremely friendly and helpful Billy was very attentive and friendly he even gave my son a cardboard boat to take home!!

Kamala was just such a fun and great server! The food was tasty - salads, shrimp, queso and Mam's chicken. The cheesecake was awesome. The bar drinks were well made. Again, Kamala made our dining experience a pleasant one!

Great atmosphere! Good food. Billy was super helpful with entree selection. Loved all the forest Gump references, especially the newspaper with all the events from the movie.

For me having never been here our server Billy was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to clearly explain the menu and helpful hints and suggestions.

They have a great Old Fashioned and of course the shrimp is great! Don’t miss the fried pickles. Mamma says trie the Bloody Mary

Billy was a wonderful server! We got an appetizer, salads and split an entree. Couldn't ask for better service! Will definitely come back!

Dinner was great! The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the stuffed shrimp. Otherwise the coconut shrimp and strawberry salads were both hits. Billy was a great server!

Always absolutely phenomenal, delicious menu ,fantastic drinks ,friendly curtious employees and staff. Amazing bartenders and chefs in the back Always satisfied. Highly recommend
