Cathy, our server was great! Buuut the food was edible, nothing to write home about. The exceptions was the Bing Bang shrimp and the blueberry sauce on the desert, but cake was dry even though it was fresh out the oven. Over all I’m unimpressed.

Bubba Gump restaurants are basically what would happen if Red Lobster and Cracker Barrel had a son.Cracker Barrel atmosphere, Red Lobster quality seafood, trying to be Hard Rock Cafe.Good service. If you are a Forrest Gump fan it is a fun time to spend dining. Food quality lacking for price.

We visited bubba Gump over our Canadian spring break in a group of eight. After driving for 8 hours, we were hoping we would be at a restaurant where the service and food was fast. Unfortunately, we arrived at the restaurant (5:50pm)with a 10+ mins wait (which is understandable since it was dinner time), but after we were seated, none of the waiters and waitresses served us until we flagged one down. We waited 15-20 mins before flagging someone down with the waiter stepping up to serve us. It seemed as if our table was not anyone's responsibility. After we placed our order, we didn't get our food until 650-700pm. We didn't leave the restaurant until 7-30-8pm. The most bizarre thing was that our friend placed a single order of gumbo and that arrived before our entire order and within 5mins.It was our first time there and will not come here again. The server was great but the timing and organization seemed questionable.

Great spot for a meal. Atmosphere great, the apps where amazing. Service was great considering we had a large group. Plenty of Parking at MOA and this restaurant is near the East parking ramp. Not huge on seafood myself, but I still enjoyed some. They have a few none seafood options. The trivia from the movie was great. Overall a great visit.

My 13 year old son wanted to eat here for his birthday. It was a good time. We had a couple of different delicious shrimp dishes. Expensive drinks.

100 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids...food was bland..1 of us adults got the shrimp po boy and the bread was hard falling apart and dry!!! Ate the shrimp off of it...and that was it!!! Other adult got the fish n chips with shrimp...fish was soggy and not good...also got jambalaya to share...shrimpnwas under cooked and not even warm!!! Would not waste 100$ on this place ever again!!! Soooo disappointed!!! Basically flushed 100 down the drain!!!

Katelyn made this visit EXCEPTIONAL! My wife, daughter, and I stopped in while shopping at the Mall of America. She was our server and provided excellent service, including menu recommendations (that were spot on), friendly banter, and was very attentive. Her recommendations, from the jambalaya, to the bang-bang shrimp, to the shrimp scampi made for a great meal. The food was seasoned well with a good portion. I recommend stopping here.

From the time we sat down until the time we got our soft drinks? 35 minutes. Food was 55 minutes. The table across the way from us had eaten, had beverages, paid and left before we got our food. Server dropped off food without asking if we needed any soft drink refills, cups were empty. All in all, an awful experience. To top it off.. I feel like they forgot the filling in between the crusty bread

The food was great, the service was better. Everything came out hot and exactly as ordered. The hush puppies were absolutely amazing. The battered fish for the fish and chips was better than most other places, and the environment was perfect. It was right before dinner rush on a Friday and we got in and out with no wait and the food came quickly. If I knew our servers name, I’d recommend him to any of y’all, seriously such good service.(However, the Mac n cheese is not good at all, but who cares)
