$20 for 20 boneless, 5 tenders, large fry (Great deal). The MOA location would not honor. So then I spent $43 for the same above order minus the tenders, how does that make sense? Then I had to ask for my fries, which I paid for a large and came out as a small, and my water glass was empty my entire meal. Brutal!!

It looks and feels like a bar. Food was okay. The person short changed us by 3 cents had about a 10 minute wait to get our tabs when we were ready to leave.
Wheelchair accessibility: The server showed us a table my firend could not get her wheelchair into. She felt sad. We had to ask to be seated somewhere else. I wish the server looked at the people he was seating and just put us at a table that works.

Dashers beware just seen this place treat a Dasher who was completely respectful to staff and patient wait over 10 minutes for a order that was up there sense he arrived workers called him the n word and B word told him he's going to wait till they're ready to give him the order and manger on duty was no help me and my family paid our bill and left immediately dude was just wanting to get the order and leave will be calling HQ that's not how you treat people

The slowest service, food was good and quick but the front of house staff is so bad. Took 15 minutes to get a strawberry lemonade from the bar. Server never checked after our food came out, asked for water and never got it until my mouth was so on fire I went and found an employee that was just sitting at a booth eating. I've never seen restaurant staff walk and react THAT slow.

We attempted to eat here 12/15/2024, we walked up to the podium put our party of 3 (1 adult, two kids) on the "5-10 minute" wait list, except we weren't put on the list. After two parties that arrived after us got tables, I asked how much longer, it has been 15 minutes, got a rude reply and told to have patience. At the 20 minute mark another employee came to the podium, I asked them where we were at on the list, and was told we weren't on the waiting list but they would seat us as they saw us waiting a while. 30 minutes of waiting we got a table... And no one came over, after waiting at the table for five minutes without even a greeting, we left. Only positive about this location, they were playing the Ravens football game.

I wish I could comment on the food or service, but the manager Craig was so aggressively rude we just left. As we marched out, his staff apologized and quietly mocked him behind his back. Pretty sad state of affairs, TBH

After being seated we asked Craig the general manager if we could be moved to a location that was more accommodating for a visually impaired individual. Craig instantly escalated and said we were shouting at him, which we were not as we were talking at a consistent normal volume. The employee shook his head that we were not being too loud, then Craig said we were being dicks. Absolutely no customer service ability for this guy. It's obvious the employees think this guy is a joke and were laughing at him behind his back. Sad!
Only place in the mall that makes you feel like an inconvenience when there as a paying guest. Service is the worst of any place I've been to inside MOA.

Absolutely terrible. Wings and curds were cold. Plus my friend ordered 10 wings split between two styles. 20 arrived and the waitress said to send back the 10 uneaten. So 35.00 for 12 cold wings, small curds and a beer.🤦🏼♂️

Advertised BOGO Tuesday 50% off traditional wings. 6 wings were 11.49, disputed receipt order of 12 for 17.24. BOGO stands for Buy One Get One. In my country, this acronym isn't common knowledge and would classify as misleading since there's no fineprint on the advertisement. I would never eat again at a restaurant which misleads customers like that. Staff are overworked and couldn't care less too.
