Both visits to this BWW establishment have resulted in zero service. On our first visit in early 2025, we left our name to await a table for a ten minute wait. Never called and after people started getting seating ahead of our simple party of three, we asked the host what happened and they forgot. So on my next visit this week, I noted about 60% of the bar tables were open. The restaurant section was also less than 50% capacity as it was 1430 in the afternoon. I got comfortable at a high table and noting walking by four staff chatting at the kitchen entrance. After a couple minutes, a wait staff attendant asked if I had been seated, and asked me to leave and get seated by the host. Trudging back to the host, I was told it was a 30 minute wait and the individual took my phone number. I noted the attendant wrote it down correctly. Patiently I waited at the entrance for over 30 minutes, and still haven't been called back. This location is beyond lousy, as I received more attentive and polite service at wall-to-wall Gopher Saturday night victories (volleyball/basketball 1994-1997) at the former Dinkytown location. Just about everything you can do wrong in the restaurant business, this location has it. Servers obviously aren't being compensated (or tipped) enough to requite being chill toward a three-decade, helpful and table cleaning/repairing customer.

The MOA location is wonderful! I ordered online the app and did a quick pick up as I walked out of the mall. I love their garlic parm bone in wings! Perfectly seasoned and well sauced. Thank you! I definitely recommend this location and I will be back for sure!

Was super excited to visit the mall of America for the first time, me and family decided to go with Buffalo Wild Wings and got such a rude host.. She has short dyed hair and a black Choker. She threw our plates on the table without saying anything and then took others orders. I overheard a conversation with the table next to us as well with a family that had a birthday party. They asked if they do anything for Birthdays and she just stared at the customers like they were dumb.. I don’t ever write reviews but the host was just so rude and irritating. I work in customer service and I know things can get hectic, busy, and you can even half your bad days but customer always comes first EVEN if you have to fake a smile. Please have a conversation with this host, I wish we had a better experience :/

Came in today 11/20/2025 and had server Desiree, she was rude and rolled her eyes, did not bring us plates, did not ask to refill drinks unless asked to, and threw pens and receipts on to table, we waited probably 10 minutes for her to even glance at us and bring us our bill. I love this location of BWW so I hope this gets fixed.

My parents had a really disappointing experience here. They found a chicken feather on their food and when they told the waiter, he seemed upset and said he wasn’t the cook instead of apologizing. He brought the cook over, who also didn’t apologize or show any concern.
What made it worse was that the cook later laughed and joked with another table about the situation. That was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Even after being treated that way, my parents still left a tip because they wanted to be kind — but the staff definitely didn’t show them the same respect. Very poor customer service and no accountability.

Our sever was nice but he had the whole back bar area that was pretty full so things were slow. I recommend going to the bar if seat's available so you can get reasonable service time.

Host staff said it would be 20 minutes to get seated when there was nobody else in line and half the tables were open in the restaurant. In previous experiences staff were very slow, or just plain ignoring their job responsibilities. Plenty of other options at MOA, avoid this one!

First time customer. Service was terrible...no personality...very short with us. Food was cold and chicken strips were hard to chew. They didn't divide the check correctly so I paid more than I should have about 20.00 more. Won't be returning.

Our server was amazing however, the hosts at the front were rude. Didn't take the time to greet or at least have a conversation because they were too busy on their phone. It was one of those moments where we almost walked away just because of the unwelcoming people at the front.

I've ordered takeout a few times from here. Service is usually slower than your estimated pickup time, sometimes by as much as 20 minutes. Wings can be rather small at times. Food quality is fine.
