Restaurant Week, the food was good. The Credit Card surcharge will keep me from coming back. Also, a diet coke from the gun for over $5 after tip is ridiculous. Service was very good. Food was solid.
Meats were dry. Majority was overcooked. Service was very poor, wait staff stood around, were not attentive. Food we requested never came or took a long time. This is our first experience at Bullvinos and we will not be coming back.
This place is awesome I have never had bad food here. A large variety of food to choose from and its always fresh.
We went at 4:30 to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. My 97 year old Mom and her 87 year old boyfriend were in our group of 6. The staff went out of the way to make sure we were well served and having a great time. The meat was brought quickly to our table and sampling a variety of tasty different things from shrimp to steak made an interesting event. Elaine over looked our service, she was kind and patient describing how to navigate the meal. Both managers stopped by our table and even let us take a peak in the kitchen behind the scenes. Our meal ended at 7pm with dessert and staff singing Happy Birthday to my brother. What a FUN way to celebrate my brother. Thank you, Barb
Such a fun concept with exceptional follow-through, the Top Shelf was worth the money and every item on the menu was phenomenal. 100/10 experience and great birthday celebration
Another good dinner at Bullvinos! Bitter sweet to see the location become more successful. Glad to see them increase business, now I will need to be more thoughtful on ensuring I book reservations.
Great place to dine , the meats are cooked well and can't forget about the pineapple slices, they are amazing. Overall great experience will be back
Do NOT pick this restaurant- or at least this location- on a special occasion. We have experienced some slower service here before (we are frequent diners here, visiting about once a month on average) but this visit was beyond terrible. We expected it to be busy. 5pm on Father's Day. While we got seated pretty quickly and our drinks were ready fast, we were not able to get the attention of any Gaucho's for over 20 minutes, and it took us 55 minutes to get rolls and potatoes. Tables previously sat and in the middle of dining were continuously served before our small party of three - definitely ask to be sat near the salad bar or kitchen and don't let them seat you near the doors. The staff seemed very confused and uncoordinated, which is very much unlike the norm here. Disappointed to say the least when the meal was spent more trying to gain someone's attention rather than enjoy a $200 meal.
Victoria was our server for dinner tonight, and amazing would be an understatement!! She took such great care of us. We will definitely be back soon!
Great food and excellent service. Thank you Samantha for being so kind, your service is exceptional.
