Not sure why no one that puts the food out is unwilling to speak or don't know English. Watched about 10 people behind us get food before we did, no reason, apology or anything and when I asked for ketchup (for Togo order) the employee points at dispenser...cmon bk, yall customer service need a dam revamp across the board. I can't remember the last time I got a smile or good customer service from any of your locations (at least in Twin Cities, MN)!

I did mobile ordered 3 times at this location to skip the line. They don’t process the mobile until you ask them. They let you standing there for until you ask them about the order. So what is the purpose of for mobile in the app? Worst place.

Dude asked us what we wanted to drink three times, said Mtn Dew all three times. He walked away to get said drink before i even finished ordering. I still didn't get what I asked for and ended up with Pink Lemonade. Ordered chicken fries with ranch, got chicken nuggets with ketchup instead. Asked for order as take out, was given a tray as dine in. Do better. Our order was simple and clearly theres just blatant disregard for customer service or quality checks. I ended up shoving everything into my kids meal bag so I could leave.

I ordered the new BK shrooms and swiss melt because the picture looked superb. Ended up getting the exact opposite, like they didn't even try "toasting" the burger at all. Will never ever be back, believe that.

For being a BK in a mall, this is the best one I’ve been to in a very long time. They accepted the coupons I used, the employee behind the counter was friendly and my food delivery was quick, everything was fresh, hot, made to order and delicious. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth at this location.

Even if I make an online order they’ll start preparing the order once you show up in the counter even when they have no costumers… I work in the Mall and make an online order since I have to hurry to eat and go back to work. It’s not the first neither the 2nd or 3rd time this happens (very disappointed)
