For being a BK in a mall, this is the best one I’ve been to in a very long time. They accepted the coupons I used, the employee behind the counter was friendly and my food delivery was quick, everything was fresh, hot, made to order and delicious. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth at this location.

Even if I make an online order they’ll start preparing the order once you show up in the counter even when they have no costumers… I work in the Mall and make an online order since I have to hurry to eat and go back to work. It’s not the first neither the 2nd or 3rd time this happens (very disappointed)

Terrible. They forgot my drink and when I reminded them when they gave me my food they then gave me the wrong drink. When I got to my seat I realized my chicken sandwich was missing most of the toppings it was supposed to have, it only had spicy mayo on it.

Considering how busy it was the service was moving quickly, but perhaps a little too quickly. My order was completely wrong. I had to work my way past a crowd of waiting people to get my order fixed.

This Burger King blows. Since when does Burger King not give refills on soda? Only one I have ever been to that does not do refills and they filled the cup with ice. Mall is full of options. Do yourself a favor and find something better.
