I have gotten here many times and the food is OK but I spent a lot of money at Burger King every month at least $200 between this one and Highway 13 and they messed up my order when I was on my way to work. I had no time to come back and they refused to give me a free meal or to replace what I had ordered that they gave to somebody else.
Do not go here it’s very poor customer service and it’s a very dirty Burger King

Came during business hours and no one to answer the line of vehicles at the drive thru window. Needless to say, none of the cars ordered anything because we all ended up leaving after a short time. Maybe the owners don’t care about money. Happened on morning of October 5, 2025 btw if you wanted to know who the useless employees were.

Stopped here to grab a bite to eat as I was running early for a doctors appointment. I ordered a bacon king 4 Piece cheesy tots And a diet Dr Pepper with no ice and the cashier didn’t ring up my pop so I didn’t get one lovely but the food was good. I think they need to retrain their staff on how to do their job. Why should I have to go without a drink because you didn’t do your job thank you very much for that.

I went there this morning at 9:50 I ordered a number 3 witch was a ham egg and cheese sandwich meal an also a jr whopper meal and cookies cuz I have a long shift today and didn’t want to go back out later to get food they gave me my drink and told me to pull around to the front door. So I was there waiting for approximately 20 minutes then they came out gave me my food and speed back inside whithout saying anything witch is fine idc then I went back to work and I sat down to eat and noticed that they game me 2 hashbrowns instead of my fries that I ordered them I went to go eat the breakfast sandwich and it just completely fell apart like everything was torn apart but whatever I still ate it then I went to eat a cookie and noticed that there wasn’t cookies in the bag it was more hashbrowns so what I’m saying here is that this place doesn’t have good communication or service they all need to be retrained like seriously if your out of something or don’t have it then communicate that with the paying customer so they can either get there money back or choose something else

When you order a royal crispy sandwich, only expect it to have half a slice of onion and a tomato just like any other big food chains.
The food was bland and not worth the price. And the service sucked they made a burger wrong, and didnt give us the nuggets for one of our kids meals. When we brought it to their attention they were very rude.

They need to fix their speaker or something. Didn't get everything right. But what to expect from a fast food place. I don't normally mind their diet soda but it was awful tasted more like water than soda.

This is the worst BK location I have ever been to. After not receiving our whole order multiple times, I think I am completely done with these idiots. I’d you mobile order from here, they WILL leave out most of your order and sticker up the bag just to throw it at you so you hurry and leave with no time to check your food. Do not even waste your energy coming here. I excused it when it happened twice. But it has now happened a total of 5 times!! That is 100% laziness. I am over it. Go to a better location. Food is always cold….if you actually get your damn order.
