We ordered chicken fries with our burgers 30 minutes ago at the drive-thru and came home with only 7/12 fries. We checked to see that we had the box of chicken fries and 2 burgers. Guess we should have opened the box and counted the fries. Either the employees here can't count, or someone was snacking on them when noone was looking - honestly I don't know which one is worse. I tried to call their building location and nobody picked up. I would avoid this Burger King until they have a new wave of trained staff, a new manager, or a public announcement for higher quality control.

The older gentleman working there was extremely rude to me. I will never return to this location. He should just retire if he's going to be angry at work. What a disrespectful perk. On top of that. I just opened my meal and he got my order wrong! Wow. Double wammy

I’ve been coming to this location for many years and usually order from their special sandwich menu. They advertise a $5 deal (2 for $5) and a $7 deal (3 for $7). I ordered two sandwiches from the $5 deal.

I paid with my credit card without checking the total, but later noticed I was charged $8.95 instead of $5.45. At first, I thought it was a mistake. The next day, I spoke with the manager, who said she intentionally charged the higher amount because I didn’t specifically say I was ordering from the $5 menu. She pointed to a tiny disclosure on the menu, but it’s almost impossible to read.

I asked for a refund, but she refused. When I tried to order two more sandwiches from the $5 menu, she said I had to specifically request the $5 deal again or she would not honor it.

At that point, I realized she was just being difficult. I asked for the corporate office’s phone number, but she refused to provide it and only took my name and number. I still haven’t heard back. This feels like a scam, and I believe the store is deliberately overcharging customers.

I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. The staff are rude. They don't listen to what people want and assume they said something else. I'm not the first person to say this. I ate inside. It was so gross. Food all over the seats. It's not my job to clean up. But of course I did.

Just ordered food, I asked for wopper, no tomatoes heavy mayo. So get home, open. Heavy tomatoes, no mayo, not anything but an onion

Bruce there runs a tight ship. His clothing are clean and crisp. I can see his subordinates follow his lead and example.

The food is always hot and fresh. If I want extra mayo I got it.

Bruce is awesome. I appreciate his work and everyone else at this branch.

Also, I was doing construction work next door at Gyropolis. Every time I came in and asked them to fill my water bottle they did it. Many thanks. I definitely dined in at this place several times.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches. One with just tartar (that was done right) and the other with just mayo and it came with no mayo, but had lettuce and pickles. The fish was chewy and over cooked on both sandwiches. I have to drive over 20 blocks to get there. Not worth my time to go back.

As for Bloomington Burger Kings, this one does not disappoint. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I usually do drive thru via the app and have not had a bad experience.

I’ve been coming to this location for 15 years and the food has become horrible; not just BK as a menu, but this location individually. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and there were two black strips on it. I figured this was some sort of spicy spooky gimmick thing, but instead it was just bacon that was burnt black. From the employee who cooked the bacon to the one who thought it was ok to put it on the sandwich; I just don’t get why anyone thought this was ok to serve. On top of that, the fries had raised black spots that I swear was mold. I didn’t bother trying to eat the fries and tossed half of the sandwich after I got to the burned bacon. What a waste of $15. It’s time this place shuts down.
