First, the people who work here are so nice. And add to that the DELICIOUS food. I have had many dishes over the past year or so. Standouts are - the Tater Tot Hot Dish - two varieties (chicken & ground beef). YUM. The Buffalo Chicken Salad is delicious - perfect balance between spicy, tangy, yummy. Yesterday I tried the BBQ Chicken flatbread - I highly recommend it. It is a flatbread with BBQ sauce, then chicken, cheese and a bit of cilantro on top (if you want it). I want to get it again today! The Grilled Cheese sandwiches are great - I suggest going with the wheat (multigrain) bread - so tasty. It's a little gem of a place and you are sure to find something you will enjoy.

Pearson Vue scam. Horrible. The State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing requires one take the CBEST I've attempted several times to schedule the exam I need in order to work as a substitute teacher and though Pearson Vue ACCEPTS MY PAYMENT, I am not able to schedule the exam through their site. I notified the State of California, as no one answers the phone at Pearson.

Pearson Vue is Aweful, they stealing money from people who take the GED test. They make me wait two months to take a GED math test , I missed this thing by 1 point they let me down, I think Pearson Vue need to shut down their programs if they keep turning student down for 1 point by taking a GED test.

Love this little cafe! Very nice management - I had the chicken chipotle salad and it is EXCELLENT! I love how they chop and toss it together prior to serving it. Also, made a special breakfast sandwich just for me - ham, egg and cheese on a croissant. I LOVED IT.

Tried to order testing materials for an important assessment. Have been on the phone for two hours now, over two days. Still not successful. They are nice, but totally disorganized. What a mess. Would rather have a sharp stick stuck in my eye than have to deal with them again.

Horrible customer service. Impossible to reach customer service through any means possible. Unable to change test date or profile. Worst testing experience I've encountered.

William Jennings 14SEPT16 I took the Security+ test at Peason Vue Leonardtown, MD location. The computer was messed up. The lab assistant Called Pearson. They said, to reset the computer and telling the Lab assistant other things to try. All this, while the clock was ticking, because it is a timed test. I asked to take it from another computer. They said, NO! The lab assistant wouldn't let me talk to Pearon. The lab assistant asked if I wanted to open an incident report. Or just kiss my money goodbye. She Opened Incident Report #208149162 I left and called Pearon. I talked to somebody and they told me that it would be resolved in a few days and it shouldn't be any problem. Pearson has the WORST website. It is very user unfriendly! The people you chat with online are NO help what so ever! They will not escalate. I chatted with them after six days and they said, Give them a few more days. It has been over 2 weeks and they are still saying give them a few more days. I called up there a several times. One time I talked to somebody who couldn't speak English. A few times, after listening to a LONG preamble. They said, We are open 7am to 7pm. We are currently closed. That was during the week in the afternoon. They absolutley do not care! There is nothing I can do because They are the only game in town to do Certification. I need the Certification for work.

I scheduled a Facebook Blueprint test for 3pm the following day using Pearson Vue. I had to go back and forth through the process several times because I was new and wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly. Somehow through the process, my test time was set for 2pm, not 3pm. I had no idea this happened. I paid $150 for the test and marked it on my calendar. They sent an email which said 2pm, but I didn't catch it. There was no option on the email that gave an option to add to calendar (which would have resolved this), or a link to the actual testing URL. When I came to take the test at 3pm, I was told that the test was unable to be taken and I would need to pay another $150 to take the test again. I went to their live chat option and was connected with Vince (based in India) who said that there was nothing he could do to assist me. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he gave me a phone number that just placed me on hold. In fact, I'm writing this now... as I'm on hold. Its currently been 28 minutes. I was just hoping to take my Facebook Blueprint test, but instead, I'm writing negative reviews and trying to help others avoid this mess.

Pearson VUE head quarters in Minnesota have some of the most incompetent, hateful, and down right despicable human beings working in their customer service department... These people could care less about the person taking the test... Why, is it you have to take the test at there leisure, when there is endless amount of time slots available... Then call asking for a time change (2 hours later) knowing there are a ton of slots available and having them tell you that you have to pay again... They give you no resolution whatsoever... I have never been treated so poorly, thus far in my life, let alone in my own Country (U.S.A)... Something needs to be done and someone needs to regulate this Monopoly of a company called Peason-Vue... This has noting to do with my testing center location as workers there are great, always polite and accommodating... The review itself maybe a little harsh, but this is not the first time this has happen... On the third time being treated like a complete idiot, I feel strongly that management needs to be re-structured. *This review is solely based on the Corporate Headquarters Peason-Vue center in Bloomington Minnesota... *Thanks for making my testing Experience a complete nightmare! *They don't even deserve a star, I hope there 9 buck an hour job makes them feel better about themselves...
