Capital One used to be a decent company to work with, but after being wrongly charged for an Amazon return, I opened a dispute and provided clear evidence that the items were returned and the charge was unjustified. For some unknown reason, they sided with the merchant and did not advocate on my behalf whatsoever. So basically, Capital One assisted an Amazon merchant in making unauthorized, fraudulent charges to my account. I'm pissed. The way they track charges and payments is inaccurate, sketchy and confusing. I will be shutting down my card immediately.

I appreciate fraud protection, but after going to 4 different "in network" ATMs, responding to a fraud text and email and then sitting on the phone for 30 minutes, I still wasn't able to withdraw cash from my account. Horrible customer experience.

0 stars. Spoke with two barely literate csr's today. Literal robots who read a script. Sort of. Can barely read or speak and refuse to transfer you to supervisor. I pay my card in full monthly, have a credit score over 800 anddddd yet the company provides literally a waste of time body as what is supposed to be "service". Gross company. Just gross.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been trying to pay this card off via a balance transfer since May. They take over a month to process the payment they should receive in no longer than 2 weeks. Wont waive accrued interest for them not cashing/processing payments in a timely manner. Alls they do is blame the postal service and take no accountability, even the managers. Their employees are absolutely no help at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst customer service from every employee and manager I have had to deal with. I cannot wait for this to be done so I can close my card for good and be done with them!!

Capital One is a horrible credit card company. I lost my job by no fault of my own and they had no hardship program to help me. They wouldn't lower my interest rate at all, and they wouldn't lower my monthly minimum. Other credit card companies are better than this. VISA Best Buy is better, and Synchrony Bank is better, which cover's Sam's Club credit, and many more.

I have 2 CC accounts and a car loan thru these guys. After the customer service that I received from a MANAGER regarding a transfer from my old bank account to my new (soon to be closed) Capital One bank account, I will be cloosing both CC's and my car loan is paid off in August. After that, I will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone.They will notvrelease $100 of mine that has been in transfer for a few days now. The manager placed me on another long hold and then told me that they could not make my money available after looking into it.Why? Because it's only $100? I am now stuck at home with no gas to get to work even. Money out of my bank....where is it??? If your not a rich customer they will look the other way and let you fall

I'm a new customer to Capital One, and I am impressed with their customer service, I went their 3 times and I can say that all of them are very helpful, and i would like to specifically thank Awen in Capital One caffe at Mall of America, he was super helpful, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, you can feel that he would try to do anything to help. This guys is a very very good customer interface.

I wasn't sure about this since I pretty much do everything online. I was always curious where to deposit cash simply because I don't like to carry excessive amounts of cash on me. Long story short the minute I walked in I felt welcomed and my experience was flawless. Yes you can put cash into your account through the ATM and you can direct deposit a check at the ATM as well. Thank you Captial One.... I'm a proud Captial One customer
