Great staff and they give very good service too. There have been many times they have brought my food right to my table. So they take customer service to the next level. Love the breakfast sandwich.

This Caribou location in Lund's & Byerly's in Bloomington is my very favorite. The people are always friendly. And if I'm considering trying something new, they walk me through some options.

I thought I pressed the confirm button, but didn’t. When we got there, the order was still on my phone. The barista overheard me and quickly made our drinks. We didn’t have to wait at all.

This Caribou Coffee is inside the Lunds & Byerlys, which was a little confusing to me. I have zero experience with coffee and am trying to learn how to drink it, so I went in the middle of the workday and it was very quiet. The barista was friendly and helpful, and even though it took me quite a while and a back and forth for him to help me figure out what's a good starter coffee, I never felt rushed. I ended up getting a vanilla crafted press.
The store itself did feel a little strange since it's kind of just a stand inside the grocery store, which I wasn't ready for, so it's not as "coffee house vibe" as you might be expecting, though there is seating in the Lund's and Byerly's ready to eat section of the store.
