Caribou Coffee

Hands down, this was the best and most pleasant coffee shop experience I've ever had. My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the service. The cashier was incredibly kind and provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time.
We settled in with our cold brew coffees, a delicious chorizo burrito for me, and a sausage egg sandwich for my wife. The atmosphere was so nice—comfy and quiet, the perfect place to sit and relax. I really wish I could come here more often. This place is a true gem!

Staff are friendly. Clean location. Fine if you’re in a pinch. At this point drinks are the same price or cheaper at independent coffee shops so you might as well do that. $8 for a small oat milk London Fog was a shock. Tea drinkers should note a chai is significantly cheaper, in a reversal of what I normally encounter when ordering tea lattes.

It's one of my favorite places to go since it is secluded and quiet there. If you go into the lobby of the building, it has some views of the local lake.

Didn't know there was a best Caribou award and this location won in 2023 and 2024. Staff were very friendly and prompt, coffee was good.

I had a bit of time before work so I stopped at this Caribou for a snack. I told the barista what sort of coffee drink I was looking for and she suggested a flavored hot press coffee which does not have as much sugar as the lattés. The hot press was exactly what I wanted, but the flatbread I ordered was pretty rubbery and unsatisfying. Great location though with free Caribou designated parking spots in the garage. The staff was wonderful! And, they were somehow not busy at 7:30 this morning.
