When making drinks. You have to wipe the excess off before handing it to someone in the drive through. Done cups are for whip cream drinks not to overfill the others.

Really disappointed- do NOT go here. Picture for reference - I got a mocha and when I got to work, I noticed it was missing 1/3 of the drink! I paid over $6 for this drink (not including the tip), so that’s $2 of the drink that’s missing. It happened twice, once I let it slide but on the second time I showed them this picture and nicely told them about it. They did absolutely nothing and blamed it on the “new baristas”. Do better, Caribou. You’ve lost a customer.

I just love the Turtle mocha. Some of the staff (one in particular) are stuffy and make you feel like you're bothering them. I pay over ten dollars 3 or so times a week, and I still get the attitude nor from everyone, just a couple of staff who may be managers. I'm not sure . Either way, I will probably stop going to this location once my car is fixed.

Came in for a drink and to study. This is a really nice location - very modern and clean. The staff were super nice and my drink was ready quickly, even in a relative rush. Definitely a great location for the Caribou experience!

I have been getting my strawberry banana smoothie and always for years have get it with heavy cream blend in , and today 09/26/24 , the employee told me that they don't blend it in very rude and turn around after he said it, totally disappointed, I always go for 2 chocolate croissants and large strawberries banana smoothie, I guess not any more
