Great cold press (cold brew), prices are average. Conveninet location to train station. Appeared to be one single girl working this location at the time of visit, Wednesday morning.
This is a convenient place for people taking the bus or train to the mall to get coffee during the daytime. It opens at 8 am for people who work at the mall or do mall walking before stores open. The downside is that it closes somewhat early at about 5 pm, so it doesn't work for evening visitors.

It was an average experience. It's a smaller Caribou than most. There's a few hightop chairs, but not a wide array of seating options. It's a mostly grab and go experience. So, the atmosphere was fine for what it is.The service was average. Nothing stood out to me. The barista was polite and pleasant.
