I was visiting Minnesota for a surprise birthday trip. I went in hopeful that I’ll get some good Mexican food. I must say that Chevy’s DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Our server was friendly and gave us our menus. I was a little worried because of the price and the lack of menu that I’m used to. I ordered the house strawberry margarita and the Mix Grill Fajita. I was thinking that I was going to get a load of veggies and less meat for $35.99 and I was 100% wrong. The meat portions were great and the taste was even better. I’d say that was the best fajitas I’ve ever had. The house strawberry margarita was the amazing. It was a perfect balance. Not a lot of alcohol but not too little. The music in the background was nice and wasn’t overwhelming loud. I will most definitely recommend coming here and trying the food.

So.. another gimcky text fail messican food. This was single handedly the skimpiest portion of $28.00 pricing and 4.00 taste . The veggies weren't enough to make 3 soft shells they bring you. It was literally enough for 1. However, I was on a mother daughter date and she was sooo excited to have fajitas. So they brought out more veggies except didn't grill them, so the oil that's supposed to be on the steaming hot skillet and burn off was allllll in these undercooked grease. It was sooo bad. They also didn't have the tortilla maker going, which is esthetically why kids enjoy going.It was worse than taco bell. The only thing that made this tasteless Messican food worth anything was my date ( 7 yr old daughter) and the staff...

Food was good but like a lot of places overpriced. $26 for chicken fajitas and really not a lot of chicken for that price as other items with the dish doesn’t cost that much! Peach margarita was good! Had 2 margaritas and so all done with tip $60! Also no more unlimited chips and salsa.

Went in for a semi late dinner. Although the waitress was polite, she was not very attentive. We had to ask multiple times for items, to which some like water, never made it. The food okay. The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders and the cheese quesadilla, but the steak fajitas were way overcooked and fatty. The cleanliness of the first booth we sat in was pretty bad. The seat cousin on one bench actually fell into itself. The second booth had debris and grease all over the fixtures and booth seat. Although the waitress was nice, her lack of accountability and lack of checking in really diminished the experience. We would definitely venture out further for a better fare during future visits.

Great spot close to MOA. I enjoy stopping for a quick weekday lunch, too. Staff friendly and helpful. Kid friendly and handicap accessible too.Fajitas and peach margeritas are my go-to.
We were very skeptical at first because it's not your typical Mexican restaurant menu and a little spendy, but we found something for everyone to order. When the food arrived our minds quickly changed! We had carnita tacos and pork tamales with rice and refried beans. The food tasted fabulous! Lots of flavors and cooked perfectly! We definitely go back.

recen had a meal there , food was ok , but , we had a discount card that was good for buy one entree get another for less , our friends at the same table bought the same cards and had one for Chevys as well , we were told the deal was for one card per table , no where on the card did it state that , we both had a bill that we were paying for separately. the manager came to us and told us that he would honor it this time but not again , he went on to tell us that he didn't have to honor it but would , also stated that if this keeps happening he will stop honoring these cards , which I couldn't care less if that's what he does , unfortunately we won't be going back , neither will our friends so good bye customers for them .
