Normally 5 stars for all C-fil'a experiences, but this time it want the case. Only issues were the temperature of both waffle fries and the grilled club. I reported it on the app and was issued replacements, so I plan to return here soon to claim and hope to edit this post.
Otherwise, flavor and service top notch as usual.

This location is so wonderful!! Came here for a nice family eat out and the place was packed! Despite the amount of people the line went by quick and easy. The service was beyond amazing. Arianna took our order and she was so sweet, kind, and helpful even helping us bring our drinks to our table. The food options were niche but pretty good selection for a fastfood. After we finished dining Arianna again helped us take out our trays and give us refills!! You can't beat that kind of service at any other fast food. Such a great place to enjoy time with the family, great food, and outstanding service.

Had the spicy chicken combo - always a solid choice. Staff at this location are awesome every time I stop in. On this particular stop, the woman behind me bought my meal for Veterans day (which was equally wonderful and unexpected)

Amazing fast food! Grilled chicken saandwich is my fave. Also love that they take a day off once a week.
The employee got my order wrong after telling her what I wanted and it still was wrong. I had to not only pay for the first order that wasn't right, I had to pay for the second one too. I even spoke to the manager to compensate me and that didn't happen. None of it was my fault to begin with. I don't think I will be going back. And the manager wasn't nice to me either.

It's make sense why bad rates are from few months ago and not years . I was at this place yesterday the attitude they give to me all of them none of were kind in enough to stand up for the treatment they were showing just show how few Community could too low I don't wanna make this about racist which it's was and religion but just show how much of negative energy they put in that place and I hope the owners of store can do something about it cause all the rate from this month have been nothing but bad.
