I came to this location today and asked the indoor playground? I was told they didn’t have one! my 2 year old was disappointed because she was crying after her doctor visit. Inaccurate reviews is what led me to this location🥲

the way the hiring manager could improve by not having someone applied then not choosing the person looking at current photos of some of the employees nerdy looking I will say this. I'm not I'm professional . And you need more experienced people who won't look like a goofy family. if you give me a try I'll remove the review

The food is good but the Sprite tastes like club soda. It would be nice if they would put the flavored syrup for that into their machine.

Update: still slow... they have signs telling you to order at the first order point speakers but no one is actually there to fake your order. They only use the last set of speakers... confusing and slow
Used to be fast, now it's slow as heck. 2 lines, 2 order points per line, all filtering down to a single window for food pickup and payment...

This is my favorite chick fil-a I have ever been too which is not saying too much since I have only been to 6 or 7 give or take. The service here really embodies the chick fil-a mentality and the employees you can tell they are treated well and truly want their workplace to succeed. Plus I heavily recommend installing the chick fil-a app it has a variety of deals.

Went here tonight and this is like the 5th time you guys have given me the wrong sauce, wrong extras for salad or have completely forgotten the sauce you’ve charged me for. Every time I come here it’s always something wrong with the order.

Every time we go here they screw up, we got 3 salads with GRILLED CHICKEN, and all 3 had fried chicken! They included ZERO sauces for our nuggets that were ordered! And this is not the first time this has happened! And when we call the management is not helpful, and super rude, when your company prides itself on being more competent and having better customer service, and every time we go here it’s an issue
