Delicious and great service even though the place was packed!

Service was great and the menu was s diverse enough for everyone in our group.

I've been eating at Chili's for over a decade. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. I love the classic items but enjoy trying the new food as well. Always a good choice with something for everyone!

The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the staff was amazing. However the food . I ordered chicken “crispers” and they came super slimy and were as far as you could get from crispy. And the food my 2 other friends got made them super sick as well.

Love their food.. Always.. But still confused why I'm told (as I am a non drinker.. And currently 34wks pregnant) i cannot order a non alcoholic beverage.. They never explain why.. Just were sorry we can't do that. I leave it be.. But would be nice to know WHY I'm not able to get a beverage due to me wanting it without the alcohol.. I get it May be in tue mix.. But then let your customer know that.. And possibly if becomes regular to find another option for customers who choose that direction. Just a thought.

Were to start, iceie sidewalk, snow needed to be removed from sidewalk. Wait staff seems unhappy. I asked for a well done hamburger, it came out medium.

Realllly great food & variety! Why aren't U guys n Grand Forks, ND? ALLL I gotta say. Humph..

Been coming here for decades lol. This chilies is a nice one to go to and never really get packed. They have 2 4 1 margaritas and beers here. Haven't had a problem with any waiter/waitress that I can remember.. why I keep coming back when I'm in town. If you have any problems with the food they fix it pretty quick.

Food is incredibly tasty we ordered chicken pasta, shrimp, salad, queso, salsa and chips. The bartender Shelby is super nice, sweet and full of energy!!!! The drinks and food was the best we have ever had from any Chili's statewide. Thank you all so much!

Can't go wrong with the lunch specials... The Chicken Enchilada Soup is delicious and I like their chips and salsa too.

Our waitress wasn't very attentive. My mom and I ordered a 2-for-1 thinking she would have one beer, I would have the other. Instead they brought four beers. Also, when they carded me the waitress had to bring my ID to her manager. When I asked her why she said “everyone under 25 during the holidays has to have their ID checked by our manager” I'm 25. And if I was underage I certainly wouldn't try to get served at a CHILI'S. Food wasn't overly impressive. Had to flag the waitress down and we ended up paying at our table just to get out of there as soon as we could. Never going back.

We were seated quickly but our server was busy and took a while to come take our order. He showed up with free chips and salsa and apologized for the wait. The rest of the visit was prompt friendly service and the food was delicious. Our server offered suggestions on drinks and checked in often. Overall a positive experience.

I love chilis, love the food, love the deals. This time it took over an hour to get our food and the couple before us got there food, ate and left before we got ours. Yes we had a party of 8 people but for 1 hour and 15 minutes and we didn't get apps or food. I ended up having to leave for work and got charged for other stuff.

Always awesome. Food is great. A go to whenever deciding where to eat
