Worst chipotle location ever! Extremely small portions, long wait time, dirty store, rude workers, most of them can't even speak English.

The place was very dirty. The guacamole was a little bit dark it looked like a day before guacamole also. They are too busy to clean the tables often so I do not recommend to dine in.

As we waited in line to order, we watched one of the workers eating a cupcake in the back (not wearing gloves) while cooking the chicken on the grill. We respectfully commented on it being a bad look, and none of the workers seemed to respect the comment.
They were also out of fajitas and chips at 5pm (dinner rush hour).
I guess we'll be moving on to a different chipotle.

The amount of toppings on our burrito bowls was sub-par and way too much rice.

Service was decent, place was fairly clean but the portions were small and my girlfriend’s burrito was so cold that she had to stop eating after only a couple of bites for fear or food poisoning.

This chipotle has gone downhill. Service is horrible here. My husband and I stopped in for dinner and the workers here don’t seem to know how to communicate, but they do LOVE to roll their eyes at their customers. We asked for white rice as our base, they asked us for the full order and before we could do anything else they made us pay for our orders. Then, after we paid they told us they didn’t have white rice, but have already made our bowls. The manager said if we wanted white rice we’ll have to wait and then pay for our bowls again. The fact that they make you pay, THEN tell you they don't have something AFTER making it, but if you want what you wanted originally you’ll have to pay for their mistakes, is insane! They are rude and and unfriendly so I’d save your money and go somewhere else.

I’ve been a Chipotle customer for a long time, but I had a disappointing experience today. The staff at the payment line accused me of ‘stealing soda’ with a water cup in a very rude and disrespectful tone, which felt discriminatory. This behavior is unacceptable, and the individual clearly needs better customer service training.

I had an online order, complete scam. I could eat 3-4 of these bowls comfortably. So disappointed. I asked for extra beans and rice and got less than normal. I wish there were an option for 0 stars.

The best thing about chipotle is that a single serving can easily serve two people. It's a little pricey though.

Walked in and it was a pig sty. food residue on the floor and on the tables. The counter was discusting. Two employees were more worried about restocking a cabinet. Then sweeping the floor and wiping down tables. My wife got her food and was mad why I didn't get any. I explained why. She said if she wouldn't have been so hungry she would've thrown it in the garbage.

On 1/4/2025 at 6pm, I go in to get a burrito bowl. I promise you guys I wasn’t being rude at all. And was willing to pay double meat if needed to. So I ask this short tatted up Hispanic woman if she could just put a little more in there. Lmaoooo she put one piece of chicken in. I don’t think petty fruitcake needs to work there anymore. I wasn’t even being rude and was kind.

The place is going down hill... The food is either undercooked or burnt. They don't keep the back counter where they prep your food clean. And the past few times I've went the rice is either overcooked or has hard pieces of rice in it. I literally pass this location just to go to a different location

I’ve had food from here that was a little thin. A bit stingy. The food we got tonight was plentiful. It was spicy hot and fresh.
