My partner and I come here during our break. since it's so close to our job, but just saying food-wise, the Barbacoa is sometimes almost all fat in the rice is not fully cooked. sometimes to the point you feel like you're going to chip a tooth.

Chipotle as an organization has been going downhill for years, but now I know what rock bottom looks like. From them constantly running out of things like Guacamole and Chips to them never getting a to go order right. Tonight they gave my daughter half the amount of food that's supposed to come in a kids meal. I'm done with this place, if I were you I would find a different Chipotle or even a different type of restaurant all together.

Way too comfortable serving uncooked rice. I work in food service. i get that every once in awhile something is gonna slip through the cracks. But with this location its like a risk i have to mentally prep for because more often than not i WILL be getting uncooked rice. Its devastating to spend 10-15 dollars on something completely inedible. and i mean its almost every time i go. Please dear god just cook it all the way, even if it means you'll be out for awhile. Id rather be told i cant have what i want than be given it and it cant be eaten. When the food is good, its great. but this is ridiculous.

I got a chicken burrito with black beans. There was so much liquid in the black beans that it turned my bowl into soup. It was disgusting. They should have been aware. Prepare food that you would want to eat. Don't slap it into the bowl like you don't care.

When I go in the empolyees are friendly enough But when I order for pickup I often get half portions and missing ingredients and it looks like this when I open the lid immediately. I've had this happen more than a few times before and its just not worth going back to this location for me.

Every time I order for delivery or mobile order ahead, my order is wrong. I love going to this Chipotle for the service, but the carelessness of mobile and delivery orders is enough to turn me away from this Chipotle. And I do not typically review places on Google.

i came on a sunday at 6:45pm and they had run out of Guac, sour cream, corn and cheese, and they close at 10pm. If the establishment was not planning on replenishing until the next day you should have closed earlier instead of allowing customers to have half of the ingredients

I have came to the France location twice around 7pm now within a week and both times the brown rice wasn’t cooked throughly. It was hard. Both me and my boyfriend had got the same rice. Store wasn’t stocked up . No chicken or napkins. Staff cursing at each other. A man was standing by the food in the bad where online orders are made (by the grill) shaking his hair everywhere. Just unprofessional behavior. Will not be returning.

I ordered online but the self pickup still requires me to wait to be helped because the shelves are located behind the counter. Because the walk in like was long picking up my order too longer than it could have been if the self pickup was truly self pickup.
