This place is filthy. The tables, the floors, even the drink display had trash in it. If it looks this bad in the FoH, imagine what it looks like where the guests can't see.

Ordered a burrito, base price was $13. Asked an extra guacamole, final price was $28! It’s small, still felt hungry after eating. It is not the previous Chipotle anymore.

You need to hire more workers and if you can’t find people to work, pay more. Food was ok. Took 25 mins. Garbages were overflowing and someone smashed a burrito or whatever and left there trash all over as seen in the picture. It was like that the whole time I was there.

I went two days in a row and, while I understand the mall of America is a busy place, this was unacceptable. It took 30 minutes for me to get through the line two days in a row. When I finally got through the line on the first day the staff who was checking customers out left her post to talk to friends who had walked in to the restaurant. I stood there waiting to pay for minutes as she spent her time talking to friends and the other staff watched me stand there. Surely someone could’ve done something. Overall it was clear the entire staff didn’t care any to be there and their work reflected that.

We were served by the nicest staff earlier today. They seemed like they were a good team, and they spoke so nicely to my kids. The guy heating the tortillas asked him about his earrings and they were fast with our order. It was such a pleasant surprise.

My brown rice is way overcooked and crunchy. they were out of chicken for the next 20 minutes. I asked for extra lettuce got like 5 pieces. The service was good otherwise. The tables are so gross and very messy.

Waited 45 minutes in line while they were clearly continuously taking door dash/mobile orders ahead of everyone else that was waiting. No other option for us in the mall due to allergies. Just terrible business practice to be constantly pushing physical customers away for mobile/door dash orders.
