My brown rice is way overcooked and crunchy. they were out of chicken for the next 20 minutes. I asked for extra lettuce got like 5 pieces. The service was good otherwise. The tables are so gross and very messy.

Waited 45 minutes in line while they were clearly continuously taking door dash/mobile orders ahead of everyone else that was waiting. No other option for us in the mall due to allergies. Just terrible business practice to be constantly pushing physical customers away for mobile/door dash orders.

Went in and a employee was crying on the ground next to the register another employee comforting her. They saw me and asked for help from someone in the back guy came out and was rushing me even though I was the only customer he seemed annoyed that he had to help and just threw the food together. Well went to go eat it and the chicken was very cold like it had been sitting out for awhile. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

As a former employee of Chipotle, I’m not saying that my store was perfect but a lot better than this one. As a staff perspective everyone was super friendly and willing to help. The food was dry and the rice was crunchy. Steak was Burt and tasted like leather.

Man I honestly can write an entire novel about why this is one of the worst Chipotles around my town but I just feel like all you have to do is walk by and look into the store and you’ll get just as much information about the store that I can offer you of need. From skimped portions, to horrible customer service, to poor quality of food, to always being short of something, to never ever having the store clean trash cans over flowing tables filthy and food on the floor not to mention the self serve and fountain machine being completely trashed and dirty. I’m not one to write a bad review but as someone who’s worked for the company before I can’t see how this store is so neglected and poorly maintained. Not once not twice not even three times I always seem to occur some type of problem with my service or quality of my food on a consistent based. I work in the mall and I’m always trying to find something to eat that fits my calorie deficit where I can get all the macros I need it’s extremely easy to do this here especially when you’re in somewhat of a hurry. However it seems every time I come back I’m being charge $2/$3 more or less so I’m not quite sure what that’s about either. Not my point at all. I just feel as though the people that work their are only their to collect a check, not really realizing how they are as people and how their store is perceived is a huge part of how people will overall view the company all together. I had a worker start working on my bowl in between picked up the access food on the counter grab the trash can with his gloved hand and turned around to continue picking up utensils with the same dirty glove. Time management and ingredients were not at use the pico and guac tend to really be hit or miss it’s either too much lime too much salt or too much cilantro I just can’t see what’s the issue. I’ve been told “I’m sorry” so many times with no real solutions. I myself and others have sat in a line for 15/20 minutes just to get to the front of the line and be told they have no guac no tortillas no beans etc the list can go on. I think chipotle is commonly decent but it’s losing its touch completely especially in the mall of America and to lack the necessities in a tourist attraction such as the mall of America Is probably the biggest L you could ever take as a food chain. Please work on the staff’s attitudes because we work all day like you guys to sit in a line for 15/20 minutes to pay $15-$22 just to not be satisfied with the service none whatsoever it is so very distasteful it’s actually very appetite spoiling as well get your head screwed on thank you it truly is not hard at all I’ve done it multiple times I was in the exact same position as most of you so I know it may take a team but the team needs to be 100% on the same page as each other and customer satisfaction needs to be the BIGGEST priority along with food quality following with cleanliness. I’ve always said if they can work in a dirty environment their homes are just as dirty if not dirtier.

People have the audacity to complain about Chipotle running out of things when it’s the busiest fast food restaurant, mind you that these workers run off of their energy & deal with so many unnecessary BS from so many people a day.. Give these workers a break & say thank you for once and tell them you appreciate them for their time and effort and see how things change!!!

I normally don't write reviews, but this was a different level of "god this sucks." I had given them a 15 minute time frame for the order, a burrito and a bowl. I arrive, and no one's even at the to-go counter. I look down and see that they haven't even taken the labels off the machine. The food wasn't even warm, either.
The environment was almost disgustingly dirty, as well.
I understand being busy, but there's also "okay we have 5 people here, someone can go and clean up."

I gave a star because I had too. But honestly as a past employee for chipotle and a restaurantour store this was the absolute worst. First off I come in at around 7:00 pm to no one in line to where the staff are telling me they are closed for 15-20 minutes for no apparent reason. So I walked into the food court to wait with my children . I then came back to a full line and waited for another 20min to get to the tortilla station to which they took their time and didn’t inform me they where out of certain ingredients. I finally get to the salsas and they are out of lettuce and cheese to which I only got rice and carnitas in my bowl. Bc that’s what my child eats. And in checking out the cashier mentioned that the bowl would still be $8.90 or whatever the price and I was just appalled ! This is not my first bad experience at this location but definitely the last. This corporation needs to do a better job with the mall of America site bc this is honestly a bad reflection on the overall company and practices.

Bad experience. They ran out of chicken, lettuce, pico, black beans and fajita veggies and didn’t tell us until we were half way through the line. The staff put meat on vegetarian bowls and wouldn’t fix it afterwards because they were too busy. Avoid this chipotle and checkout the Thai place around the corner instead.

Sorry, but if you want to eat here make sure you have the mobile app and simply order it takeout. Takeout orders are rushed out, at the expense of us idiots standing in their restaurant.

The line was about 30 people deep, but moved at glacial pace because mobile orders were made the moment they were placed instead of in person orders. Finally got to front of line in an hour, (not joking, looking at my phone), and then placed order for 2 burritos. They got made, then a mobile order for 4 burritos were printed out land they left mine on the counter to make these and then finish the cold side. Then they chose to restock the cold side. My burritos, (again I checked my phone for time), we're on the counter for 10 minutes and still not finished. I told them I do not want them and walked out.

Evidently they only get measured on prep time for to go meals, and only prepare food for in person patrons when they are not a to go place. Either use them for to go only or go anywhere else.

1:They were closed for 15 mins saying they were far behind on orders, they didn’t have anything we ordered and it’s not the first

2: I gave one star just because I had to to , an 8 year old was disappointed because he was starving and never got it. I don’t recommend it 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽it was a terrible decision 😭😭😭

3: they were hiding in the back of the restaurant and was only 2 people working and 1 in the back

4: Every time I stop by is so slow and workers are not doing what they are supposed to do. TERRIBLE!!!!😡😡😡
I hope you give a better result. Long line and never amazing 🥲please get better 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Out of too many ingredients!

Location didn't open until 1125am due to prioritization of catering orders (shouldn't occur in a mall location). At prime lunch time they still had no fajita veggies or corn and the server stated they wouldn't be making any. The location was devoid of napkins or utensils in the dining area.

Not a great place, it used to be a great place before they change servings sizes in items and bring it to expensive for a little of food. Do not go here if you’re really hungry for food. ??
