We didn’t even eat here, we ate at the burger place next door… a few doors down. But when we walked past chipotle it was SOOOOOO disgusting! Im not even being dramatic! There was food everywhere! On the floor, on the tables, and in between the seats. Trash was overflowing and left everywhere. It was so disgusting…. That’s the only reason why we didn’t stop and eat here… we wanted chipotle, not burgers. But this place was so disgusting!

Arrived here yesterday to get what I thought would be great food. After a couple hours of eating my food I felt super sick so I thought maybe it was from eating and riding the rides but no turns out I have food poisoning. I will never go back.

Poor service. Super slow workers. Took over a half hour waiting in line. Have these people seen the one in New York that can serve over a thousand customers an hour? They are lucky to do 30. Online orders seem to take priority over physical customers. The counters were a mess with sour cream and cheese all over the place. They were rolling burritos over the mess and then requesting more foil to cover up the mess. Worst experience I've had to date at any Chipotle.

1 star is to much for this location. Server was very rude yelling at customers. People who were eating in the lobby were told that the lobby was closed and had been closed for a hour this was way before closing. Food containers were empty. Customers were walking out. All in all I will not be going back to this location in the future. Very disappointed.

Terrible. I ordered online and this burrito bowl was the saddest most pathetic excuse of a meal. I ordered lots of veggies, salsa, and toppings and when I opened the container, it only contained rice, beans, and guac. Maybe 1/3 full of the container was full.Meanwhile, what appeared to be a worker’s boyfriend was cutting the line and trying to have a conversation with the employee right at the cash register. The employee proceeded to talk to him for several minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I finally did get my food (which I watched sit on the counter behind the employee), it was cold.When I went to dispute with online customer service, they denied a refund and only offered a free drink with my next purchase. Pathetic.Do better Chipotle.

6:45pm at the Mall of America location. They ran out of lettuce and guacamole. The counter where the food was made was pretty dirty compared to other locations. Food I got tastes fine but was disappointed a basic ingredient like lettuce was out.

I hate doing this, but here it is. The place was absolutely filthy dirty. It’s one of those things you notice once they already are making your food. Then, the only reason I get my food is to have chips with it. They were out of chips and she said “we always run out of chips”. I’m no genius, but, if you always run out, maybe start making more. Then, I went over to the pop area. Out of straws, out of the lid size I needed and almost out of napkins. Filthy mess everywhere. The reason I went to this chipotle is the two where I live are a mess as well for many reasons. I won’t be going there again. I think I give up on Chipotle all together at this point if they aren’t going to care more about their entire food chain as a whole.
