Like most Cinnabons, you can smell this one from halfway across the mall. They have the normal Cinnabon menu of various cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and even some iced coffee treat drinks.

Cinnabon is another shop that doesn't change that much for location to location. The factors that make these different are their size and team members. This shop offered a carvel option which brought us in. We're visiting here from Long Island and after some dinner we looked for a place for a tasty ice cream cone. In other words... I want to go to Carvel.These shops always have a good team that greets you with a smile, ready to let you sample any flavor and eager to serve. This shop was no exception Clearly this place is for take out... There is plenty of space in the mall where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. Carvel ice cream definitely varies from shop to shop. I enjoyed the consistency and taste of the ice cream here.If you get an urge for Carvel and you're in the mall, i recommend that you check out this location. KUDOs to the tam at Carvel.

We don't have a Cinnabon's where we live, so it's a real treat to enjoy one when we're on vacation. These were hot, fresh and gooey, just the way they should be for a, not good for you, but oh so good to eat breakfast. We went here a couple of times while we were visiting the mall. And of course we had to grab a box to take home with us when we left to return home. The cinnamon rolls are drenched in cinnamon, butter and sugar. Then generously slathered with cream cheese frosting. I don't think I have to push too hard to have people check out the Cinnabon store and enjoy a gooey, sweet cinnamon roll. Yum! Enjoy!

If you want to be served by rude young people or 'teens', careless customer service and people serving you old stale buns with yellow frosting at least you were warned. Years ago this company used to be on top of it and they would make the Cinnabons fresh that is why people drive miles out to support this business. However, if you hire poor staff, dont train well and think customers will put up with it you will loose sales, business and your reputation. What happend to customer satisfactory experience, asking what bun they want and making sure it is served Hot/warm. Dont recommend their locations Cinnabon were my most favorite treat! Cant wait until everything is online only its better that way people dont want to work. Bad GM she hangs up the phone has a heavy latina accent and is discriminatory!

I stopped here because I always see a long line and wanted to see what the hype was. I microwaved the minibun at home and it was very yummy. Not dry like some cinnamon rolls can get.

Since the Mall of America opened in 1992, this Cinnabon has remained one of the original stores still in business here, and I have been a mall patron since the opening. It's clear to see why, because these are wonderful gourmet pastries made in front of you, so they are very hard to resist. "Gourmet" is the French word for the English phrase: "Made in front of you." The classic cinnamon rolls are a perfect example of that. They are so good. I just don't eat too many. Like a fresh stack of pancakes, they will surely fatten you up. Another product I love is the lemonade, which is the best I have tasted. It may be sweet, but it is very flavorful and refreshing. It really hits the spot. I have never had a problem at this store. It may seem expensive, but this is in the Mall of America, and things are generally more expensive in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro due to the cost of living. The staff there seem very cohesive, and work very well together. I particularly want to give praise to the wonderful manager Jasmine, for inspiring such a talented group of people. She is a very talented, and busy, lady running the store, making pastries behind the line, and interfacing with customers. I can see that Jasmine has been with Cinnabon for sometime, and it shows. She seems to really have passion for her work by caring for her staff, and customers, alike. As I said before, I have never had any problem at this store. Jasmine, thank you very much to you, and your staff, for everything you all do to make peoples' day brighter. You are all awesome!! One thing I will point out that I notice. The men seem to tell customers to tip without asking politely, and unfortunately for them, may not get tips. The women really do not bring that up, but they are the ones who get the tips. if you want something, just ask politely. Tips are given by the generosity, and free will of customers, so pestering them for tips may drive them away in frustration. It may also be seen as being just plain rude. The best way to get tips is to just quietly do the fine jobs you do serving customers. I will also suggest getting a lock box for cash tips. Theft seems to be a recurring problem at the Mall of America, and it is disgusting to see. The tips we give are for the Cinnabon staff, so they can provide for their livelihoods. Please have respect, because they are trying to make a living, like everyone else.

Every time we visit Mall of America we make it a tradition to visit Cinnabon and our latest visit didn't disappoint! We ordered the classic cinnamon roll and the Center Roll. Hot, fresh and delicious! Customer service was great! One option I hasn't seen before is the already prepared rolls for take out. Perfect to take home when we live 4 hours away. Areas was also clean and a pleasant area for a quick bite.

I have gone to Mall of America since it opened in 1992, and this Cinnabon is a mainstay. I absolutely love cinnamon rolls, and these are fantastic, because they are freshly made. Just don't eat too many. They are good, but like pancakes, they will fatten you up. The lemonade is absolutely the best I have tasted, and I think should be entered in a competition. It might win hands down. The staff working there is a cohesive group. The manager Jasmine deserves special recognition for inspiring such a great team of caring people. I have never had a problem at this Cinnabon. Jasmine is fantastic herself, because this beautiful lady looks like she really cares about her job by setting the tone for everyone else working there. She runs the store well, but she is also busy behind the line making the pastries. She may have been with Cinnabon for some time, cares about what she does, and it really shows. jasmine seems to care about her staff, and customers, alike. Jasmine, this comes from my heart.
