Since the Mall of America opened in 1992, this Cinnabon has remained one of the original stores still in business here, and I have been a mall patron since the opening. It's clear to see why, because these are wonderful gourmet pastries made in front of you, so they are very hard to resist. "Gourmet" is the French word for the English phrase: "Made in front of you." The classic cinnamon rolls are a perfect example of that. They are so good. I just don't eat too many. Like a fresh stack of pancakes, they will surely fatten you up. Another product I love is the lemonade, which is the best I have tasted. It may be sweet, but it is very flavorful and refreshing. It really hits the spot. I have never had a problem at this store. It may seem expensive, but this is in the Mall of America, and things are generally more expensive in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro due to the cost of living. The staff there seem very cohesive, and work very well together. I particularly want to give praise to the wonderful manager Jasmine, for inspiring such a talented group of people. She is a very talented, and busy, lady running the store, making pastries behind the line, and interfacing with customers. I can see that Jasmine has been with Cinnabon for sometime, and it shows. She seems to really have passion for her work by caring for her staff, and customers, alike. As I said before, I have never had any problem at this store. Jasmine, thank you very much to you, and your staff, for everything you all do to make peoples' day brighter. You are all awesome!! One thing I will point out that I notice. The men seem to tell customers to tip without asking politely, and unfortunately for them, may not get tips. The women really do not bring that up, but they are the ones who get the tips. if you want something, just ask politely. Tips are given by the generosity, and free will of customers, so pestering them for tips may drive them away in frustration. It may also be seen as being just plain rude. The best way to get tips is to just quietly do the fine jobs you do serving customers. I will also suggest getting a lock box for cash tips. Theft seems to be a recurring problem at the Mall of America, and it is disgusting to see. The tips we give are for the Cinnabon staff, so they can provide for their livelihoods. Please have respect, because they are trying to make a living, like everyone else.

We were at the mall, just recently, when I was looking for a good place to satisfy my sweet tooth. Usually I try to avoid this place, as a result of how long the lines are. But, this time with a shorter than usual line, I decided why not and satisfy my craving, especially for a caramel cinnamon roll. I liked how not only did the line keep moving, but right after I ordered I was able to take my food home within a minute or two. Or so it seemed. What I liked about my food was that it was big enough for a second dinner, or share it and have a small snack. I liked not only how my roll just seem to melt, but the sweetness of it all. Now for this roll, its flavor was really sweet throughout, unlike rolls at other places that I had been to. It would be so good to satisfy my craving for this place. Maybe some small cinnabons would do the trick.

A must stop when visiting MOA. Sweet and delicious treat, and good coffee. Disappointed that there really isn’t a good place to sit and enjoy!

Long line, but it moved fast. The menu is annoying because it constantly switched between beverages and cinnamon buns. Just when you get to the next item, it switches again. By the time I got to order, I was confused and they were in no mood for questions. I ordered minis, but their minis are not the same as you get elsewhere. So I ended up with regular "smalls" which are just a little bit smaller than their regular buns. That, and the barely able teen behind the counter kept barking something at me, but I couldn't understand what he was saying. I have no problem with other cultures, but it was obvious I couldn't understand him and he just kept yelling at me. Finally another employee stepped in and asked me the ever pressing question. Might make for less frustrating experiences if your employees speak English and if they don't, maybe instruct them not to bark at customers. I'll be back, hopefully with a couple changes done by the company.

You can smell the fragrance from all around the store. It is the cinnamon rolls you come to expect from Cinnabon. Depending on when you go, there could be long lines, but they move quickly.

They forgot my friends coffee even there wasn't a line? My Cinnabon sticks were cold too. Overpriced.

Like a lot of places in Moa, this Cinnabon is good but overpriced. The good thing is that one Cinnabon at nearly $6 is enough for two people. They have a few tables but they are usually taken.

What can you really say about Cinnabon? The rolls are delicious! I always get an extra little cup of frosting and just enjoy every single calorie! Delicious!

Fast service and food food. It's kind of fun to see all of the busy workers making treats towards the back. The line went quickly and our food was out quickly and fresh. Pretty much any dessert on the menu is great, so just pick what you're in the mood for. My favorites are center of the roll or bon bites. The caramel pecan bons are good too, but it was a little too sweet for me. Great stop!

Super cheap, quick service and awesome hot cinnamon buns. Everytime I think about it, it makes me drool. Wish we had one where I live!

Probably my favorite store in the Mall of America. Why? Literally cinnamon rolls. My mouth is literally watering as I write this review because Cinnabon is always the best choice. With it being such a popular spot, you should expect a long line. But don't worry! The staff work so quickly that you're at the front of the line before you can even spell Cinnabon. The thing I appreciate about this location is that the quality has not changed. The customer service could be a bit better - but with how much they're working and the large amount of people they are interacting with on an hourly basis, I don't blame them. It's really a "grab and go" type of spot. The Classic Roll is my favorite. They recently introduced their "Bon Bites" and those are basically bite-sized classic rolls. Also good. If you have high blood sugar levels, I would probably stay away. But I have to say, if you're at the Mall of America, put Cinnabon on your list!

I have been here a few times during my visits to the Southdale Mall. I find this location to rank no higher than average, regarding overall customer service satisfaction and overall business operations. The employees are always friendly and are always pleasant to be around. They are always quick to serve me once I approach the cashier. But then again, their work area is small so that is not difficult to do. I mention it because it is a nice detail of the customer service aspect of this business. Overall, I have always felt comfortable approaching the front desk and placing an order. My order is basic so they do not have to give me suggestions to anything. I have been consistent with ordering the cinni-minis. This is the only item on their menu on which I have been satisfied. They are always served to me hot and fresh, and they always taste delicious. They are the right price, considering the quality and the portions I get. They also make a great quick snack. Sadly, I have not been nearly as satisfied with the other items on their menu. This is due to the taste ratio not matching with the price. This is why I usually stick with the cinni-minis. As long as I do, I walk out of there happy. The cleanliness and order of their work space ranges between good to outstanding. Besides seeing food toppings and clutter around the service area, I have been satisfied with the overall appearance. This is one item that they can watch out for because it may negatively affect whether people decide to approach the cashier or not. Besides that, their work area has been consistently clean. They seem to stay on top of that part of their cleaning duties. Therefore, I have felt that much more comfortable ordering food from them. When I am in the Southdale Mall and need a good and quick snack, I will continue ordering their cinna-minis from them and avoid the other items on their menu. I feel like I can count on them for their cinna-minis. As long as I do this, I feel like I will consistently walk away from the business happy.

It a nice place to have sweet breakfast and coffee there. Every time I go to the mall, I have to try something from them. They're a little pricey but that's expected as it's Mall of America.

It was Black Friday, I came and waited about 10 minutes in line to get a cinnamon roll where one of the employees suddenly screams that they are closed when they had not closed until another 15 minutes. He begins to argue with me that they're no longer classics, when i pointed out that there ARE more, he stated "those are for us." Overall, extremely rude customer service.
