Not satisfied with customer service. The lady told me the manager is her mom so nothing will change 🤔 was upset I left the ice-cream with out eating it was wrong order and she won't make another one. Pls learn how to do customer service.

This is one of the better ice cream options in the mall, with huge servings and reasonable prices. If you're a Cold Stone fan like me, this is a decent choice for a mall treat.

Went to get ice cream with my family 9/27/2025 at 5:20pm. There were 5 people working but only did our order. Every step of it was incorrect, from ingredients to size to whether they were in cones. She asked us to repeat the order many times and still we didn't get what we wanted. The other four women working just watched. If you want a job where you don't have to do anything, apply at the Cold Stone Creamery at the Mall of America. If you want ice cream, go to one of the better shops at the Mall.

I went to Coldstone today 07/21/25 around 6:30ish. I was greeted by the sweetest worker a little blonde girl with stars on her face. I ordered a Love it Founders Favorite. I will say it did take a little longer to make then I expected but when I got it, it was so good! As I was getting my ice cream I noticed how all the workers would laugh and talk together, which looked like an amazing work environment for them. And the ice cream was a bit pricey but it was SO worth it! Overall looks like a healthy work environment, sweet employees, and very delicious ice cream. I will be coming again:)
It’s a cold stone. The ice cream is great. The location is in a cool area but its service is pretty below average in comparison to everywhere else in the mall. Unless you’re hard up for ice cream I’d take a pass on this one.

i had got some ice cream while i was shopping and decided that i wanted another one , so i turned around and went back literally five minutes later and had got to the line at 8:54 . they told me they were closed and weren't willing to let me get anything . i understand it was close to closing , but there were literally people in front of me getting their orders made , and they close at 9:00 not 8:54 . this was very disappointing because it's been so long since i had cold stone , and they ruined the experience for me .

The ice cream was good as usual, but I would suggest that the store train their staff on their specials. We went for toddler tuesday and no one knew what I was talking about. They didn't honor the coupon and acted as if I made the whole thing up. It was super bizarre.

One world review - awesome! There are so many flavors to choose from, and a very allergen friendly menu! It's a small store, but you can get all your sweet tooth cravings satisfied here. Highly recommended!
