One world review - awesome! There are so many flavors to choose from, and a very allergen friendly menu! It's a small store, but you can get all your sweet tooth cravings satisfied here. Highly recommended!

My girl loves cold stone her favorite ice cream is the oatmeal cookie batter I called ahead of time and asked if it could be made the kind person I spoke to who’s name I didn’t get was more than will to make it and I was going to gladly pay extra …… I arrive 7 hours late to pick it up only to be met with cold ruthless angry staff at the third floor location in moa saying we don’t got that I don’t care what he told you so I gave them call the manager Jose who says he said he told the nice guy not to make it cause he didn’t want him to waste cream on something dumb I was appalled and hurt cause as a man I just wanted to come thru for my lady and the general manager and staff was so rude disrespectful and evil I will never return to this location and I will urge everyone to stay away from the mall of America cold stone creamery’s

Stopped in on June 1, 2024 @ 2:30pm. Love the ice cream, but the workers are incredibly rude. We were never greeted or even smiled at. Specifically, the younger girl with heavy makeup who took our order.

She made my ice cream so runny by leaving the scoop in the dirty water for long. They do that to make it easy for them to scoop out up from the board. I had to throw it away within about 2 minutes. That's $8+ in the trash. Take your money elsewhere.

This establishment says open until 9pm, Andrea made the executive decision to CLOSE and stop taking orders 5mins before closing! As a business, you have a responsibility to take care of customers through BUSINESS HOURS. But this place had extremely poor customer service and too LAZY to do their job! I'd never come here again for the principle and the area was a mess!READ THE LOW COMPLAINTS THEY ARE MOSTLY ALL ABOUT ANDREA! Great ice cream but the lady worker with braids is very rude and does the bare minimum. It's almost as if it hurts her to say a simple "hello". We ordered a cup of cookie dough not a cup of her atitude.

On Saturday, March 23, 2024, I arrived at Cold Stone in Mall of America at 8:55 PM, five minutes before the scheduled closing time. As I approached the line, a Cold Stone employee prevented me from entering. I politely reminded the employee that it was not yet 9:00 PM, the closing time, but my concerns were disregarded. Seeking assistance, I approached the counter and requested to speak with a manager. A young lady named Andrea identified herself as the person in charge. Despite acknowledging that it was not yet 9:00 PM, Andrea explained that she aimed to conclude all customer transactions by that time and, consequently, closed the line prematurely.I believe it is unfair to customers when a business advertises a specific closing time but refuses service to those who arrive before that time. Andrea's handling of the situation was marked by rudeness and unprofessionalism. She showed little concern for the customer experience and did not hesitate to create a scene. Regrettably, there were no apologies extended. It was evident that her demeanor influenced the other employees negatively.It is worth noting that this Cold Stone location is situated in one of the largest malls in America. Nevertheless, the level of service provided did not meet expectations. Disappointed by the experience, I opted to visit another Cold Stone location four miles away, where I was assured that customers would be served until the advertised closing time.

I went with my wife and a friends and our order was “ok” to say the least. The kids working need to not mash the ice cream into a paste. When they do that it’s already melting when you get it. Now I worked here As the manager between 2019 and late 2020 so I know that they can do better than this
