Got a kids cup with gummy bears that cost $5.99! Unbelievably tiny portion for only $0.50 less than a small. Other Cold Stones charge $3.49 for a kids cup. I felt ripped off big time.

I have always been a fan of Cold Stone creamery, every time I travel I always look for a location nearby. I am quite surprised to see the reviews and comments on this store at this location. We had excellent service, the atmosphere is as always, the same and wonderful, and the food was top notch as always! We go here because the ice cream is unmatched by any other competitor, it is truly my favorite! Good job guys!

Refrigeration stank terribly in front of the store, ended up with nuts and brownie mixed into my Berry Berry Good so obviously workers aren't cleaning surfaces properly. Not the best experience, I'd stick to the 3rd floor location.

Not sure if the gal that was making our ice cream had a bad day or not, but she was also the person that rung us up.. She was very rude.. "Dan I'll take customer service for 500 please" cause it needs work ??♂️

I had the cake batter flavored shake which was GOOD. Not too sweet which is usually the case for cake flavors for me. My kids had the smallest size bowl of cotton candy icecream

We stopped here a little awhile ago, right after they opened. That seemed to be the best time, as there is always a line, even 10 minutes after they opened for the day. Of course since we were the first ones to visit, we pretty much knew what we wanted. I had decided on the birthday cake shake. It seems that I get my ice cream in liquid form, and I don't have to worry about making a mess at all. Of course once I ordered it took like 3 or 4 minutes to get my shake. Not only were they quick, but they were really nice and friendly as well. It would be fun to go back again sometime.
