My brother ordered his shake the same way he always gets it, and they made it wrong. We have always preferred going to the east mall cold stone location, but they made my brother’s shake incorrectly and were rude to him (they tried to argue with him.) They also put whipped cream on it after having him clarify 3 times that he did not want whipped cream. They refused to speak to him while they remade it, and set it on the counter and walked away without saying anything once it was remade. He orders it the same every time, and as I said we have not had issues with this store previously and it is unfortunate that this happened

Got a kids cup with gummy bears that cost $5.99! Unbelievably tiny portion for only $0.50 less than a small. Other Cold Stones charge $3.49 for a kids cup. I felt ripped off big time.

I have always been a fan of Cold Stone creamery, every time I travel I always look for a location nearby. I am quite surprised to see the reviews and comments on this store at this location. We had excellent service, the atmosphere is as always, the same and wonderful, and the food was top notch as always! We go here because the ice cream is unmatched by any other competitor, it is truly my favorite! Good job guys!

Refrigeration stank terribly in front of the store, ended up with nuts and brownie mixed into my Berry Berry Good so obviously workers aren't cleaning surfaces properly. Not the best experience, I'd stick to the 3rd floor location.

I had the cake batter flavored shake which was GOOD. Not too sweet which is usually the case for cake flavors for me. My kids had the smallest size bowl of cotton candy icecream
