The food is decent and if you're looking for a place that can fit a large group and keep costs down, this is a good option. But, be aware it doesn't appear the be very clean. The bathrooms are gross, and that says a lot about what the state of the kitchen might be. I personally won't return here.

We stopped on a Saturday around noon. We were seated right away. The service and atmosphere were great. The food was mediocre. I wasn't terribly hungry so ordered a pizza to share with others. It was not anything I'd order again - very bland and crust was pre-made tasting. Two in our party got burgers and they said they were good.

Food was amazing, reasonable prices. Our waiter was very nice. Only thing was people that came in after us, that didn’t have reservations were seated first, but maybe I was missing something. Either way, would go back for sure!

Waiter seemed unhappy about everything. Made it seem like he was doing us a favor. Really short with us. Slammed the food on the table. Food was alright. Cheese curds were good.
Ordered the steak medallion with loaded potatoes and asparagus. The classic chicken tenders with fries - and the fish and chips with coleslaw. The coleslaw was really fresh and good!

Waitress seemed angry that we asked for anything. Food was tasted good but felt poorly priced. It was a 3$ upcharge for onion rings to replace fries, and I received 4 onion rings, and they weren't even 4 full diameter slices, it was clearly one slice of an onion and the few nested pieces inside. Drink service was slow and we had to ask more than once for another beer or to remember that one was ordered.

First time visit wasn't very impressive. I didn't really care for the attitude of the staff. They were not rude, but very much not very nice. My drink was made too strong, which wasn't their fault entirely, but had I been explained what the drink entailed, I might have chosen a different drink. I made it blatantly obvious that I did not know much about the drunk. I'm not into alcohol much. My sister in law didn't like it either.

This was our first time to cowboy jacks and we came to celebrate a birthday. Our server was a young man with red hair and he was the rudest waiter I’ve ever had. We were trying to ask him what whiskey they have and he just pointed to a list and said look for yourself I’m not gonna read off that list. It was like he had no patience for us at all asked for our drink order and one of us just needed a second and he just tapped the table and said ok be back and left and didn’t come back for 15 minutes after getting the drink order my husband says he would Like to order already and the waiter looked at my husband and said is your whole party ready to order cause if not then you can wait and walked away. He didn’t even deliver our food or ask how it was. A $216 dollar ticket for the worst customer service. Definitely don’t recommend.
