This was at MOA. Our experience was absolutely bizarre because of the waiter. Older bald man with tattoo sleeves. At first he was ok. Came to our table 3 times asking if we were ready to order. After we got appetizers, everything changed. He stopped coming to our table except when he came and removed our menus without saying a word. Why would he take them? He walked past us several times until I caught his attention and said we were ready to order dinner. After that he was a bit more attentive but during most of our interactions, he never said a word. After he decided we were done, he walked up to our table with the handheld ordering/paying device. Told us the total was $119 then just stood there waiting for us to pay, like right then and there. We never saw a receipt or anything prior to paying. There were 2 upgrades we ordered that we didn't get so I would have liked to see the bill to see if we were charged but at this point we just wanted to leave. I reached in my purse to get cash. I wasn't ready to pay because I've NEVER had a server just stand there waiting like that. I guess I took too long because he left the device on our table and walked away without saying a word. We left the money on the table and left. It was so weird! He seemed almost angry like someone offended him or kicked his dog. He was short with us, non-verbal, and rude! I left there feeling offended. I can generally let things roll off my back but this was over the top. I left about an 11% tip which was generous imo. My husband said he's just an angry old man, but dude: if your salary is based on how you treat the customers you should really consider working with plants or something you don't have to speak to. This was our annual dinner after bringing our son to see Santa and this man put a damper on our evening. Again, the most bizarre experience/ waiter ever! I always leave at least a 20% tip even for mediocre service but this was actually horrible. I hope this man finds some joy, Jesus, gin, or something to help him. We never know what a person is going through so whatever it is, I hope he finds peace.
Oh, also the food was bland and nothing special at all. Very overpriced. Our son really wanted to go to a different restaurant and we should have listened.
Note: I just learned of the 4.95% surcharge. Maybe that's why the waiter didn't want us to see the bill.

The food is no up to standard for the restaurant have way better food in a fast food place the bread on my burger looks like gas station bread like they run to Walgreens in the 3rd floor of the mall to make my burger , no people in the restaurant and take to long to get food to the table very salty have my tongue tingling for long time after eating because of the salt the flavor just not there the demeanor of some of the employees make the atmosphere not good want to eat there again some of the employee very friendly and nice like the hostess, server’s and bar staff many of the restaurants in the MOA have the same problem over price food but no quality like Benihana ,Bufalo Will Wings or Minneapolis bar and grill definitely need to step up their game and quality of food and service for the public.

Smokehouse chicken sandwich is the best. Pizza was 5/10 you can tell that dough was frozen. Fries are great and krispy. Very dusty and dirty pretty much everywhere. Gentleman with red hair that was serving us wasn't friendly at all and after we asked for Fanta instead of telling us a good substitute just said to look at the menu to see what they offer. Haven't smiled even once.

Bathrooms were filthy. They charge a 4.95% surcharge to “attract and retain team members”. I honestly wish I knew that before I sat down. I didn’t see it until after I ordered.
I ended up deducting 4.95% from the standard 18% tip.
Buyer beware. They probably don’t plan on people seeing that and tipping 18%-20% plus their surcharge.
Pay your stuff better. Simple solution.
Food was decent at least. Honey garlic wings were good.
Shout out to the crew today that helped celebrate my daughter's birthday, especially our amazing waitress! Food was great as usual but today was just over the top. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely, the worst food and terribly disappointing! Our server was wonderful but the food was barely edible. Both pizzas were so dry we had to ask for a side of pizza sauce. Neither of our kids ate the pizza which is unheard of. There was no sauce on the pizza! My mother’s club sandwich had raw and undercooked bacon on it and the heel of the loaf was used as the middle part of her sandwich. My salmon was very dry, I struggled to eat it. My husband’s chopped chicken salad was a garden salad with chicken on top. How is this place still open?
