Came in with a group. We had reservations but not enough space to sit and eat. Tables were not ready and had to find chairs to pull up. Everyone we talked to was great but few and far between. The staff may need more support. The food was good but cold by the time we got it. I would try this again but not when they are busy.

We came in on a Saturday night, the bar was slammed but we were attended to pretty quickly. Our girl Mia to great care of us! Gave great recommendations and had all the answers!

Mia was so everloving sweet! Took time to answer various questions and attend our groups needs, As a server myself seeing her running drinks and food and still keeping up with bar back duties was wicked impressive! Such an all star

Seems like a cool atmosphere with lots of pool tables and arcade games but it is very loud and hard to hear in there. It will take over 30 minutes or more for a waiter to come to your table to take your order. Even on a non busy week night with no sports games. Ended up just leaving and didn’t even eat.

This was my first visit to Full Tilt and it was a great experience! Our server, Alesha, was fantastic! The food was great and the atmosphere was cozy. A great first visit!

A happy hour glass of wine is $14 here! Worse than that is they don’t even tell you the SUPER-marked-up-price up front. This isn’t Manny’s. The wine they severed me is low quality and only $11 a bottle at the liquor store BUT even worse is they buy it in bulk for probably a few dollars a bottle. What a sick, overinflated, GREEDY mark up! No one would think this is acceptable.
Your reply below is so wrong, I initially asked for a house Merlot and was told there was not a Merlot but that you had Cabernet or Pinot Noir BUT NOT that it would be 3X what you claim it should have been. I even asked another bartender after getting my bill and she said yep that’s what it costs. Get your act together!
Emily was an absolute standout. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish—she made us feel welcome without ever hovering. Our drinks were always full, recommendations were spot-on, and the whole experience felt effortless because of her. You can tell she truly cares about her tables. If you’re lucky enough to get Emily as your server, you’re in very good hands.

Great late night food options! My boyfriend and I flew into Minneapolis and were looking for food near our hotel around 11:30 pm and Full Tilt Tavern was the perfect spot! We got the jalapeño cream cheese egg rolls, which were interesting, and the truffle fries, which were amazing and crispy!
