If you are the owner reading these reviews and this place is still run by kids that don't care, zero management!!!!! Filthy place, kid running out to vehicles to talk to friends while making my blizzards that were soup and they didn't turn over any of them. This place is beyond sad. Had i read these reviews I would have never come to this location. This place is sad on every level. More 1 star reviews than anything...Show up to your store and take control of this filthy out of control place!!!!!

Opened doors for us at 10:30, web site says opens at 10:00.
Staff had front of counter cluttered with machine parts, they had to clear an area for us to order.
Staff was not friendly.
No napkins available.
Service was acceptable, ice cream treats were good.

They have chocolate cones!

Ordered two chili dogs and a mini blizzard at 8:18pm through delivery app. The store was taking so long the first driver left. Second driver waited over 40 minutes. I didn’t get my food until almost 9:30pm. This isn’t Top Chef, it’s “fast food”!!! Totally unacceptable!

I ordered blizzard and large onion rings. According to he staff large onion rings contains 10 onion rings...mine had the 10 tiniest onion rings o have ever seen. The blizzards supposed to be stay in the container whereas mine was liquid and messed up my car. DQ items are very expensive but that's fine but the company needs to hire and train their employees. They need to hire some responsible and good mannered employees.

Every time we go, the employees are screwing around behind the counter. Takes 15+ minutes to get a small blizzard.
Most are never completely mixed, ingredients only half way through.
Last time it took over 45 minutes for 2 blizzards that were ordered online.

One star is too generous for this DQ. It's absolutely terrible. Service was abysmal, and inside the restaurant was disgusting. Got a refund and left.

Went to celebrate my 6 year sobriety anniversary with my two littles after work and was greeted right away. The person who took our order was very patient and kind and even helped me get a drink and carried my tray to our table since I had an infant and toddler. She came back and interacted with my toddler saying hi and indulging in whatever she was telling her. Got the food right away. Really made my impromptu celebration special.
