Went to celebrate my 6 year sobriety anniversary with my two littles after work and was greeted right away. The person who took our order was very patient and kind and even helped me get a drink and carried my tray to our table since I had an infant and toddler. She came back and interacted with my toddler saying hi and indulging in whatever she was telling her. Got the food right away. Really made my impromptu celebration special.

I ordered 3 items through the drive thru and the lady taking my order seemed annoyed from the beginning and was even more annoyed and rude by the end of my order. Burgers were dry and shrunken from sitting in the warmer too long. The fries should've been thrown out long before we arrived, they were hard and stale. Blizzard was melting down the side of the cup and handed to me without napkins to help clean up the drippy ice cream mess. Definitely won't be back

Waited several minutes in drive thru (in the rain) and was told, "I told you to wait" when I pulled up to the window. I was 1 of 2 cars present. Not the first time I've had rude and slow service at this location. Bummed this my local DQ...

This should be the worst experience I ever had. We are on a walking distance of this DQ but sadly we are not going back. The employee was unnecessarily rude. We didn't receive our receipt so when she called us out for part of our order my wife asked to confirm for the other item, the employee said: I can only make one at a time" with that angry look! Then she was very upset making the other item. When she finished, she just threw it in the counter rudely. Lastly I asked her for my receipt just to be ignored. Another girl who was nice gave it to me. I work myself as a front of the house server and the attitude is essential. You can ruin the day of a customer if you're not happy with your job. A smile is a game changer!

The last 2 times I came here my Blizzard was made wrong. I feel ripped off. It's a shame because I live right by this one. I'm no longer going here

Went through drive through and got 4 blizzards using the Bogo deal but found out that you can only use Bogo once per order.

My wife and I had a very unfortunate day and decided to eat our feelings. We order a lot of food (for 2 people) and the service was very fast. The people are the real heros and turned or day around

Very clean place, friendly, smiling, and welcoming staff. Fun and kind atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to rest and have yummy food.

Dietary restrictions: Reduce sugar ice cream so good !

This is the third time this Dairy Queen has failed to deliver.

We preordered on the app, we were 5 minutes before the scheduled time for delivery. There was no one inside and no one in the drive thru line. Three cars were served before the guy came out, and then he told us they were out of things. We then had to wait 20 minutes (!!) for them to make three blizzards and a cone. No modifications. I just don’t understand…. Why are you serving other cars before you serve the folks who preordered and are just sitting there??

It's unfortunate that we live next to the worst DQ in America. They never seem to have a lot of things that a normal DQ would have, blizzard cups, regular cups, popular toppings etc. The blizzards are always melted and tonight I bought a butterfinger blizzard and I saw maybe a few pieces of butterfinger, it was pretty much a cup of vanilla ice cream. Even though this DQ is right down the road, I cannot in good conscience give them anymore of my money.

The blizzards here are always melted, and the pretzels? You practically need a license to carry them in Minnesota—they’re that hard. The staff have been kind and are doing their best despite being understaffed, but come on.

There where like 8.. Where is the manger...

Hey DQ, hope you didn’t pay anyone today if this is how your employees are acting.
