Domino's Pizza

I grabbed my food and checked in the car, and it was cold. I went back in to ask for them to remake it, only to be met with the worst customer service ever. The chubby blonde lady (who I assume was the manager) was yelling at the crew and proceeded to tell me that they weren't making my food again. I don't think I'll ever be back here again

I came to my mom‘s house for dinner and we had a nightmare of a time trying to reach a person, place an order, and get our food. We waited for over an hour called and they said they never had the order!!! Then they claimed they don’t even deliver here and to call a different location. Out of pity the other location said that they would deliver. Absolutely horrible experience that you don’t think you’re gonna have to deal with when spending $30 on food.

Pizza was not cooked long enough. Ordered a thin crust and pan style, both were barely cooked. First and last time ordering from here.

The pizza was burned and as I was picking my pizza I asked for plastic plate the guy responded “we do not have it and gave me the look”. I will never go back to this place ever. Wish I can give zero but is not letting me

My pizza came with a side of someone trying to steal my cc info from this location...thanks for making it easy and blatantly obvious to report this. After reporting, corporate didn't do anything besides say oh we will look into it. it's been two months no answer. No refund or coupon either for the issue. Nice job

I’ve been coming here for months now for take out. Everyone ordering food here should have reasonable expectations for the range of deliciousness they can get from any corporate food chain. The consistent difference maker at this location is the personnel. Tally working the front goes out of her way to make sure I get what I need. It’s hard to find help that is respectful and engages people so customers feel like they’re getting what they paid for; that they’re being heard. She’s got a bright future and I hope Dominos knows it!

This is like my third time getting delivery from here. The whole thing is just horrible! How come every time my partner orders a pizza there is never red sauce. I ordered pizza not cheese sticks. Horrible food.

I waited until I placed a few orders for takeout and now delivery before reviewing. Every order I have placed has been accurate, fresh, hot, and prepared as ordered. Interaction with staff has always been pleasant. I have nothing but good to say about this location.

Love my local Domino's. Great options for the family, especially under the 2+ items for $6.99. Sometimes everyone will have a different order, and not always pizza. Like the chicken, pasta, sandwiches, and my favorite, the marble brownie. They tend to be fast and appreciate the Tracker to know when to leave from home.

I love this dominos! Especially the last delivery. Joshua was so attentive and respectful of my recent requests, which was to call me 5 minutes out, turn his lights off to not upset our protective dog and wait for me outside. I am so grateful he followed instructions, and did not upset our dog who would typically be disturbed otherwise. He was sweet, turned off his lights, followed specific instructions and did the dang thing. Thank you Joshua! You deserve a raise!

I specifically ordered a pizza without onions and green peppers. It was confirmed that way. Upon picking it up the order was repeated that way. So what do you think I go? Only to find out when I got home Yup onions and green peppers. My recommendation would be to try the location on Lyndale before going here. By the way I've yet to hear from them with just a simple apology.
