The experience was awful. They placed my order aside and had me waiting for 15 minutes. Other customers were putting their hands in my food and then refused to make me a new order. The staff aren’t friendly and they seem not to care about the customer’s experience.

I had a great experience at the Dunkin’ inside Mall of America! The staff were super friendly and efficient, even with a steady flow of customers. My coffee was made just the way I like it—fresh, smooth, and the perfect pick-me-up while shopping. The donuts were fresh and delicious, especially the classic glazed and Boston Kreme.
The location is clean, well-organized, and convenient to stop by during a mall visit. I also appreciated how quickly my order was ready despite it being busy. Definitely one of my favorite Dunkin' spots—great service, tasty food, and the perfect caffeine fix. Highly recommend if you’re in the mall and need a quick, satisfying break!

Store was very dirty for being 8:30 in the morning. A fly was in the dark nut case and a bunch of dust on their sign. Back counter top table for patrons also has debris on it. I did order doughnuts even with the fly and they were standard Dunkin.

It was a positive experience. My iced latte was made properly and tasted great, which truthfully can be hard to come by with an online order. Also, the two workers were friendly and gave me two extra donuts since they were out of the variety I requested.

Nice that it opens early at MOA. Our donuts were typical but the odd thing was we asked for a glass of water, there were no bottles in the cooler. They told us they don't have water. I again said just a cup with ice/water as they clearly make drinks and I was told we don't do that. Sat down to eat and the lady next to us had a glass with water and ice ?
