Went thru a drive thru 11/13 around 9am in the morning. The guy at the drive thru with the arm tattoos was so rude. Wanted to give dunkin donuts a try but I rather take my money to Starbucks because their customer service is way better.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The cashier who took my order was rude and made me feel rushed while I was trying to order. Instead of showing patience and good customer service, they seemed irritated and hurried me along, which made the whole experience unpleasant. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this interaction left me frustrated. I hope management addresses this so that future customers receive better service.

False advertising on the sign for ordering. Digital sign took forever to go away from the last persons order. Barely could understand the person working taking the order. I did not receive what I ordered. Do yourself a favor an go somewhere else

You should probably implement glove usage instead of tissue paper for handling food. Had a worker touch all my donuts today with his bare hand because he wasn't using the tissue properly.
After I drove home I ended up just throwing the donuts away. After thinking about how he had the sniffles AND was working the register, there's no telling how clean his hands were and the whole thing was just ick.

I love Dunkin but this dunkin gave me and my sister food poisoning. Our stomachs hurt so bad and we don’t even know what it was that caused it. We had the avocado toast with bacon and a Carmel craz. It hurt so bad

Save your money, make your drinks at home!! $6 for a chai that tasted like milk and was filled to the brim with ice after requesting light ice and my drink was not to the top even with all of that ice. The sandwich I ordered was also incorrect. The store was not busy. I can’t imagine this is that hard of a job, the employees just do not care. The pictures are the drink when I got it, and after I scooped out the excessive ice.
