No proper response from the staff. I have waited for 45min to get the order. Even the store was not busy the staff not working on the order. They have mentioned to cancel the order. They don't know how to make order.

I always go to this location and never had any issues. However, I went today at 4:50 PM. Google Maps AND the sign at this location say that they close at 6 PM. When I got there, I looked inside and saw one worker sweeping the floor and two customers inside. I tried to open the door, but it was locked. The person sweeping the floor was actively avoiding looking at me and the two customers inside saw me but did not let me in. The worker eventually looked at me, but didn’t have the courtesy to tell me if they are closed or not even though they saw me standing outside for a while. If the hours changed, then there should be a sign with updated hours. Regardless, I’m very disappointed in the lack of service at this location.

Ordered on the App for pickup via drive thru. No one else was in the drive thru and it took several minutes to be “greeted”. Staff was unfriendly. Loaded hashbrowns were cold and my sandwich was burned.

I was there an hour ago I order avocado Toast the young white girl was very Unprofessional. The avocado spread wasn’t put on the toast properly. I asked her to remake it. She seemed annoyed by it. She remarked, "Is two not enough," when I requested for more napkins because my drink was slipping off the top and I wanted more to clean up.
If you don’t like your job get another one !

I was in about a week ago through the drive through. I got a singular coffee and told my total was $5.31 (did not receive a reciept just my card and coffee back) went home to see my card was charged over $14. I have been in person and left two voicemails as well as left my name/phone number with no call back and no answers. Staff in house said they were unable to refund without a manager and would pass on my note. There’s been nothing. So watch your transactions and make sure you get a reciept!

The service I received this morning was the worst service I have received anywhere. There were 4 employees and I was actively ignored by two of them while the other two were actually working. I went straight to the pickup shelf since I had placed a mobile order, but they have the food/drinks placed on their side to where you need to ask for your food. One gentleman made eye contact me with twice while walking back and forth to somewhere. I figured he was busy and I wasn't in a hurry so I just patiently waited. Then the gentleman that was at the drive through came over when there were no more cars and started rearranging the mobile orders, but never asking if I was there for pickup and then he proceeded to walk away. Another customer walked in and was waiting a couple feet behind me. The first gentleman asked him if he had an order, gave him his order, and then went back to ignoring my presence. He then pretended to be busy helping out with the drive through even though clearly the second gentleman needed no help. I finally just asked a third gentleman that I made eye contact who was working on orders in the back area if I could just grab my stuff. I finally got my things, but if you are going to have a tray for mobile orders AND ignore your customers then use it! Why keep the orders towards your side if you can't even ask if I have a to go order? This was worse than McDonald's service and that's saying something!

Gotta love Legacy Concepts who is a multi-unit Dunkin Donuts franchisee throughout the Twin Cities with locations in Richfield, Plymouth, Bloomington, and I think U of M. The stores are clean, the employees are friendly and professional, and I've never had a problem with my food and/or beverages.Got my usual powdered vanilla cream donut and unlike other Twin Cities bakeries ( you know who you are ?) they actually contain filling inside of them. Took the other donuts to a friend and that brought a smile.

I ordered through the app. Right after picking up my coffee and donuts, I felt the cup was "light." When I opened it, the latte was only 3/4 full, with no whip cream, etc as ordered. The donuts - delicious, $6+ coffee, B.S.

My bacon egg and cheese muffin was frosty cold in the center. Gross!! No refund unless I go back in person. Not ok. They had 1 other customer, non peak hours, and zero excuse!
