My company did a doordash order to this location. One of the sandwhiches specifically said NO CHEESE because my coworker is deathly allergic to milk. Well, they still put cheese on her sandwhich and she had to be eppy penned and rushed to the er. This is unacceptable. People have food allergies and a company that serves food should be taking the precautions to ensure that their customers are safe. Will not be ordering from here again. We were regular customers and they lost our business.

It was very busy when I was there and the staff seemed overwhelmed but they kept their composure and maintained smiles and good attitudes. Nice work. That is hard to find these days. Food was made correctly and was very good. Very small location so not ideal for meeting for lunch. More of a pick up and go spot

Parking: Strip mall style parking lot in front. Never had an issue finding a spot

Not to cast aspersions, on Erbert and Gerberts But their subs are underwhelming. It's better sub places out there, I was hyped about trying this place last year because my friends and other acquaintances said that this is a "good" sub spot. but when I actually bought my meal and ate it, I was just underwhelmed, The service was not too good. The cashiers they had around that time were just not it.. And they don't have enough options for me .. maybe I came on a bad day but not a good experience at the (Bloomington,MN) location

i work in the area and usually want a sandwich for lunch. I had been going to another sandwich shop near bye but the staff were constantly hitting on me and asking for my number making it an obviously unpleasant lunch break. Decided to try Erberts & Gerberts, the staff WERE SO NICE! a young man and a young woman both just so kind and very professional. made my day :) will now definitely be my first lunch break choice

I'd say it's good but the guy didn't put any ham on my sandwich only a lot of mayo and just a lot of lettuce and yeah I mean they were friendly tho

Their food is great, but they often don't have enough mac & cheese left after the dinner rush and will occasionally refuse to make more, even when you're buying in bulk.

The sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and made promptly. Also great service!
