My favorite lunch spot!❤️ I work near by and they have the best sandwiches, I am always greeted with a smile 😊 Vicky is amazing and she is always working so hard, hopefully they can hire someone soon to help her during those busy lunch rushes!! Would appreciate bottles/cans of soda since the soda machine is broken :)

I used to really enjoy coming to this Firehouse Subs, but service has gone downhill recently. On our most recent visit, we were the only people there, and we waited 15 minutes for our food. In addition to the long wait, it all came up cold. The Mac and Cheese was so cold that the extra cheese they put on it didn't melt. My brisket sandwich had melted cheese, but it wasn't at all warm and my wife's hook and ladder was ice cold. We weren't acknowledged for 20-30 minutes when we went to complain about it. The pop machine was also out of at least half of the options. There was also a child in the restaurant who was running around in the dining area and behind the counter. The way he was running around made me concerned that he might get hurt, in addition to possibly creating unsanitary conditions in the food prep area. Until I hear that something has changed here, I don't think I will be back.

Food was great, but when I went over to the hot sauce bar I noticed that on some of the bottles in the back had some fleas on them.

Pop machine most out abd she tried getting them to work saw inside how nasty where syrup boxes go abd out of meatballs and food was cold can't believe any business would let it go this bad when was amazing few yrs ago

Went on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was not busy which was surprising since it was Saturday at lunch time. It took a long time to get our food, it appeared only one person working, she was doing her best. The restaurant was dirty, most of the drink options were sold out and there was clearly an issue with the soda machine as it was making strange noises and of the three available options, all tasted flat. Will not be back.
