This spot is so so great for date night or if you’re staying at the hotel. We loved all the food we had! The ambience is great and the staff were awesome!

We had a great time visiting FireLake Grill a couple of weeks ago! The service was amazing and very kind. The ambiance at night was cozy and luxurious. We were lucky enough to watch the sunset from our window seat. We tried a variety of items on the menu and the Bison Empanadas were my favorite as they were filled with flavor! The cheese board was a nice appetizer and we tried a handful of their mocktails and they were pretty good. I tend to like more fruity sweet drinks and enjoyed them a lot. The pasta portions they serve are massive and we had enough leftovers for dinner the next night for two people!!! Overall great experience and we hope to go back again and maybe even stay at the hotel they're connected to!

Had a group from out of town for Thanksgiving dinner - that sounded soo good! The turkey was tough, the sides were kind of piled on and seemed re-heated. Flavors were strange. Literally, nobody finished theirs.

We had such an amazing time at FireLake Grill! Everything we ate was delicious - 5/5 across the board. The staff were all kind and attentive, which made the whole night even better. This was the perfect spot to kick off our wedding week, and I'm so glad we chose it for date night. You HAVE to try the Parmesan Corn-Crusted Walleye - it was incredible! Already planning our next visit.

Lovely place with excellent service. Food was good, though the scrambled eggs were a bit too creamy (or something like that) for my taste.
Parking was easy in the Radisson Blu. The low light and beautiful decor of the restaurant really adds to the atmosphere. Our waiter was wonderful & the food was superb! We had the ribeye and the salmon as entrees, the popovers and beef tounge fries as appetizer and the brownie skillet as the bday dessert, plus 2 drinks. Highly recommend!

A great place to fine dine casually at the MOA. Good decorations and plenty of seating. It does get busy during peak hours of lunch and dinner so make a reservation if you're a big group or want to have a seat when you arrive. Good food and friendly team, worth a try to get out of the MOA food court vibe.

The Venue is beautiful hands down! Since it was my birthday chose this location at mall of America, had reservations around 630p. The hostess was young and not diverse! Although she greeted us with a smile, the manager was directing her as we arrived. To be honest, it's alot of things to include in this review that I'd rather not mention only because after the dirty drinking glass, waitor not attentive and sitting there forever to eat, to be brought COLD FOOD! It added to the not so inviting experience! Needless to say after asking for the manager, it made matters worst! She was a KAREN🤭🫣 for those that know where I'm going with it! So it was a wrap! Not only as I was informing her of the dissatisfaction she kept cutting me off and thought it was OK to offer to cook more food which required an even longer wait. I thought that was inconsiderate. I'm the birthday girl now, and usually most places have a special little something or treat of choice, etc....never received anything or Acknowledgements. As I'm talking to the manager, she just rudely reaches over me , no excuse me, nothing 😤 so as she grabs my plate she started mouthing off under her breath, therefore I told her WE'RE DONE! WE WERE NOT STAYING AND HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN, WE COULD HAVE PICKED A DIFFERENT VENUE FOR MY BIRTHDAY! I was embarrassed in front of family and friends especially because we had been there long enough to eat a proper meal yet had to experience such rude service and many other things that are beyond measure. Again beautiful establishment. Oh another dissapointment, we wanted to play in billiards area and shoot pool but the manager said no, there was an event, they rented the entire part of the restaurant which included that area! Not sure how that works, but definitely wasn't told that when I made my reservations, so that enjoyment was taken away as well.🤷
If you like to socialize, sit at bar and casual drink, maybe order from menu if not rushing to the airport and you're a stuck up, snooty crowd with no swag, this is the place for you!
The menu is well done, but the manager and it's team does not represent this brand at all.
Very disceiving and overrated. Since it's in the Radisson Blu, it's getting exposure! So it works hand in hand, but for everyday people, not traveling, it's too stuffy. The vibe is too stiff. I travel and go to alot of restaurants and upscale venues, this was the worst treatment I've experienced in many years! Maybe revisit by myself just to see if there's a different experience 🤔 but it will be awhile! Thx

🚨 Poor First Impression – FireLake Grill Mall of America🚨
First time visiting Minnesota and staying at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. My buddy and I decided to grab a few drinks and since FireLake Grill was right next door, we gave it a try. It was a busy Friday night (understandable), but the experience left a lot to be desired.
When we walked in, there was no direction on what to do. We sat at an open table for 5–10 minutes not knowing if we should order at the bar or wait for service. Eventually, we went to the bar ourselves, but no one acknowledged us. After flagging someone down, we were told, “I was going to take your order but you kept walking around and around.” That felt unnecessarily rude, especially since it was our first time there and there were no signs explaining the process.
We finally got two beers, and while the waiter also offered menus, it was confusing that he swapped one out for another that had both food and drinks. We politely said we weren’t ready for food yet but might order cocktails later. He seemed annoyed, disappeared for 10–15 minutes, then returned asking if we wanted another round. By then, the vibe was already off and the large, loud party next to us didn’t help, so we asked for the check. His response was: “Can you give me your card now so I don’t waste a trip?” Again—completely unprofessional.
I understand it was busy, and everyone can have a bad day, but customer service is a core part of this industry. The way we were spoken to made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. It shouldn’t be on guests to “read the manual” to figure out how to order. Hopefully future guests are treated better than we were.

Server was mediocre and more like Perkins than a nice restaurant. I just expected better. Ordered duck and chicken pot pie. Duck was bland and tough but risotto was fabulous. Pot pie was very salty. Wild rice soup was the best. Took a long time for food and never saw server while we waited. Kitchen area appeared staffed and the restaurant was not busy. Took a long time to get the bill as well.
The service was really poor. We waited 45 minutes for a soup and salad, but the food was excellent.
It was my second time there and from some reason our server was off took a little longer then normal and a different server had to help out she was awesome but the start was rocky.
