I had a really pleasant dining experience here! The food is pretty good, with a nice variety of flavors that cater to different tastes. The service is comfortable, striking a good balance between attentiveness and giving you space to enjoy your meal. The eating environment is fine--clean and well-maintained, though nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it's a solid choice for a nice meal out. Definitely worth visiting!

Omg where do I start!? This unexpecting restaurant within the hotel next to the mall has everything you'd want in a 5 star experience! We chose this place based on the ambiance and proximity to our suburban surrounding not knowing what a wonderfully affordable dinner we would be getting into! While I recommend leveraging the mall parking as opposed to the hotel to save a few bucks, It's an easy walk into the hotel with a sky bridge on the second floor that leads you right to the restaurant. Once there, you're instantly transported to an update modern rustic lodge like feel where you already are treated like luxury. With a spacious dining room and option to sit at the bar, there is plenty of space to stretch out. We stayed two hours, and started with a cocktail, I had a BluCubed, which in presentation alone was worth it! We ordered a cheese board (sorry no picks! We enjoyed it too fast!) it had a great variety and a mix of meats, nuts, breads, cheeses, and fruits, and more! After enjoying that for the first hour, and the awesome atmosphere, we then moved on to the main course, turkey burger and cheese burger with bacon. Both exceeded expectations and were well seasoned with herbs and delicious spices. Even the catsup had a hint of cinnamon! We had another drink, this time the Minni-Apple Bliss, a delicious light rum and cinnamon flavored apple drink that once again met/exceeded expectations! Our server was wonderfully attentive the entire time and made sure there was never a moment where we were alone. This honestly felt like a city experience in the suburbs, and I can't be more excited or pleased to tell you at the end of the night we were honestly positively shocked at the price of our dinner experience. 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of champagne, cheese board, 2 burgers, and 1 desert, less than 2 bills! Plenty of room for a tip and we couldn't be more happy to have given one! If we HAD to provide feedback or criticisms on anything it would be that we would have liked a bigger dish type for our burgers to be able to maneuver them (but honestly the extra appetizer plates supplemented well), and we wished there were more than just a couple of stalls in the bathrooms, but otherwise minor things that didn't really impact our dining experience! This is the secret spot folks. While local businesses are still good to support, I feel like this restaurant is pure SLEPT ON! Definitely check it out! We will gladly be back here again!!

Amazing food service and atmosphere. Homemade honey butter and use of Mn produce puts it above the rest !!

The staff are sweet and super helpful. They want everything to go right. The kitchen is confused and probably lacking an actual chef. The menu does not mention that they have gluten free bread nor turkey sausage. We had to ask the waiter to get the manager because he identified things as gluten free but then said they were not safe because they had butter. After picking the walleye hash and being told the hollandaise and potatoes were safe they came back and let is know the walleye had a flour coating. So they substituted turkey sausage. The one not on the menu. Then the over easy eggs came out with whites that were still raw and clear. Not even under cooked but raw. They took it back and cooked it. I didn't realize until the table next to us was served that we never got our hollandaise. The table next to us didn't have any special requests and still got brought the wrong order. If they could actually put together a menu that reflects what they serve and then get those items cooked appropriately and the correct order to the table it would be worth $20 for breakfast. The hot chocolate was amazing (although it had foam and not whipped cream). Tomorrow we will go to IHOP instead.

I want to give a heartfelt appreciation to the incredible team at FireLake, especially Elliott, who truly went above and beyond. Elliott's exceptional service, patience, and thorough explanations of the menu made our dining experience exceptional. Despite being the manager on duty, he personally attended to our table, making our night unforgettable. To the higher-ups, Elliott definitely deserves recognition, perhaps with a raise and a well-deserved paid vacation. I can't wait to return, and a big part of that is because of Elliott! Oh, and let's not forget to mention how delicious the food was—the rotisserie chicken was incredibly juicy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great vibes all around! #illbeback

Last minute change for birthday dinner plans. We originally had reservations at Benny Hanna's but decided we would all rather have prime rib. Got in right at 530 and three of us ordered prime rib. A few minutes after ordering our waiter came back and said the prime was still roasting and wasn't quite ready yet and asked if we would like an appetizer on the house while we wait. We had the cheese curds and they were great. Crispy batter and gooey melted curds. Kids meals came out first witch was nice then our prime rib. My wife and I love to go out for prime rib when we can and this is by far the best we have had. Perfectly seasoned and melt in your mouth!

Last day of my trip and decided to eat in this restaurant and they served me this moldy bread. Do not eat here!

Our waiter pretty much ghosted us. He came by and got our drink order and quickly came by and got our food order. He never checked us to see how the food was, nor did he come around to ask if we wanted another drink or any other food. We didn't see him again until he brought us the bill and quickly collected our payment. We generally over tip, but this time we undertipped. And we went home hungry. The walleye and wild rice dinner was terrific, but the portions were small. No bread service unless you pay extra for 4 half slices of grilled bread.

I was staying at the Radisson and initially ventured into the mall to grab a glass of wine after my flight. That was a mistake. There are lots of options, but the mall was PACKED. I had just gotten in from a flight and wasn't looking for a crowd so I made it back to the hotel and into FireLake. The service was weird. The guy who helped me then disappeared. Never to be seen again. Then I just...sat. Never asked if I wanted anything else, never brought me a different menu, as it changed while I was sitting there. Then someone else just came by and dropped a bill in a shot glass in front of me. Ok. Then, to my surprise, they have a 14% sales tax on alcohol here. Now, that is not the fault of the establishment. That just ended up being a very expensive drink with mediocre service. The decor was nice, and I saw another bartender there hustling and he seemed friendly. I don't know what happened over on my side.

My husband and I have been to Firelake numerous times in the past, primarily for apps and cocktails. Last night, we decided to take advantage of the restaurant week offerings. Sadly, it wasn't the best purchase. We started with the sausage flatbread and chx wings. The flatbread was delicious (lots of sausage and mushroom) but the chicken was just okay. In the past, my husband would drive to Firelake specifically for the moraccan-style wings, however the ones on the menu now are grilled and flavorless. For entrees, he ordered the salmon, which was overcooked so he needed additional blanc sauce. However, it was so dry that the sauce didn't help. He did like the flavor of the sauce. I ordered the porkchop and had the opposite experience. My pork chop and the brussel sprouts were all undercooked. I didn't want to send it back for concern of them just reheating everything so ended up not eating it. Three great things however were the cocktails (Aristocrat and the Loon), creme brulee (yummy), and our waiter, Hector. I would return but wouldn't order the 3-course when you're only saving money on the dessert, and I can't give positive ratings on the entrees. I'll stick with apps and cocktails. This is an addition to my initial review as acknowledgement should always be given to businesses who believe in service recovery. Not only did Emily, one of the managers respond to the review on Open Table, but I received a personal call. She shared her disappointment in my experience, not because i put it on Open Table but because they strive to be excellent. She shared that had I sent the food back, they would have made it right. She also offered a gift card to try it again. I increased the service rating because that was excellent. Also, I believe that the food will hit the mark next time so will be back for more than apps. Thank you, FireLake for your excellent service!

We tried the MN restaraunt week menu. Salad was fresh & tasty, popovers were perfect. We had the pot pie which was delicious -will come back for that. Fish & chips were good flavor but a bit soggy. Desserts were good as well. Our server , Trevor was very attentive.

It was just generally an aweful experience, and had absolutely nothing to recommend it. I certainly don't think I'm ever going to go back. The restaurant was just rather shabby with really very little ambience. It was rather shocking that a hotel liked the Radisson Blu was so lacking given they normally have a good reputation.

A gastronomic extravaganza beckons you!

Our server was not personable, did not check back and we had lack Lustre service. Our popover sandwich was overdone. The prime rib was good but the bun was very crunchy and no longer pop-overy. The gnudi lacked flavor as did the cheese curds. The cheese curds were over battered.
