GameWorks Mall of America

I had never been to Gameworks before today and I was very impressed with the service of the bartender, Marshall. We didn't have a large intention on playing games but some members wanted to get lunch, and he was awesome as far as making great drinks, recommending good food to order and being a great host.Gameworks should be lucky to have him! Food was good, and the game +food combo was a good deal!

The bartender Marshall made my experience so worth traveling from Illinois to Minnesota. I thought experiencing Mall of America would be the ultimate reward, but meeting Marshall made me realize that every place don’t need a Mall of America but every place need people like Marshall.

I went to Gameworks as my daughter wanted to play games. I didn’t know the great service we would receive from the bartender Marshall. He treated me like I knew him for years and made sure me and my family were taken care of. Please make sure to tip him well he is an asset to this company and deserves every penny. Thanks again Marshall!

Was a wonderful experience! The staff member Marshall was so sweet and helpful! He really made the experience fun and easy. 10/10 would recommend for a laid back arcade experience.

What a difference 5 months can make. 5 months ago we went to Gameworks & it was obvious the pandemic hadn't been kind to this business. Yesterday, apprehensive, we finally decided to go back & what a pleasant surprise. This place has done a total 180. All the games were working, the place was spotless, prize section completely restocked & the staff were great. What I learned from this experience is, be kind to our local businesses. They're doing their best & we're so glad to have this place nearby. Can't wait to go again!

I walked around inside here and it definitely does not compare to Round 1. I wasn’t really interested in the selection of games that were here and it was relatively small.I did like the funny sign they had.The only thing I think would be worth playing was Beat Saber.

Our kiddos always have a blast here, it’s clean, music is good, lots of game options and space to move around. The bar is impressive for an “arcade”. Marshall was our server this afternoon and he was a blast. Attentive to not only us but to our kids for sodas and water. That’s a huge deal to us!!!! Plus his personality is on point! In today’s world with so many places crying for help y’all are lucky to have snagged him!

Had a blast on a Wednesday afternoon taking advantage of the Wednesday deal of unlimited credits for 3 hours for $15, plus the cost of the game card. The trade-off is that while playing games you won't have the opportunity to win any tickets, buuuuuuut.. unlimited credits for three hours.Would highly recommend on anyone coming through on a Wednesday!

Marshal was the most amazing bartender he made sure everyone including us were taken care of. I have never felt so comfortable at a bar. He was fun energetic and made the night so worth it. We need more people like him

Review edit:The only new/up-to-date machines are pretty much the ones that give tickets, and the mens' bathrooms are in dire need of reconstruction since the doors on two of the stalls are broken. Otherwise, it's a great place to hang out and even has an e-sports bar.

Marshall is the best Bar Tender I have ever had, I’m totally serious. What a guy!!! he gave us a wonderful walleye recipe and gave us excellent service! Thank ya!

Great service and fun times. Typical bar food and drinks but the bartender was awesome! Marshall was insightful, funny and super helpful! Coming from a restaurant manager (in a former life), I would definitely return for his service alone.
