I order the cheese steak and it was disgusting. It look nothing like the photo on the menu and the cheese was out of a can not melted on. This is my 1st time at mall America and I will definitely be telling people not to eat here and how bad my experience was. Plus the worker were on the phones more they were helping me.

This location often does not open on time, and will often refuse to serve breakfast items because of a preference for not making the food.Do better, if you can't manage 2 locations in this mall, shut one down.

We eat here all the time! I’ve had both the Philly Cheeseburger and Philly Cheesesteak, the onion and pepper portions are generous and the food is really tasty. I was surprised to see so many poor reviews, as we’ve eaten here many times and each time it was a great experience. Give them a try next time you’re at MOA! They have two locations.

Very dry, almost tasteless- the only reason they get 2 stars is because there were only 2 guys working and were working hard. One cook one on reg. Don’t recommend eating here. Only enjoyed the Mountain Dew and the service :/

Since I love Cheesesteaks but dislike Great Steak in the Mall of America's main food court, I decided to try the location in the other food court. Not only was it a mistake on my part, but I learned something from the experience.I hate it when they put the cheese sauce on the top of the meat so I asked for the cheese to be put on the bun, however, about 90 seconds later my order appeared with the cheese sauce on the side in a little plastic cup.Unlike the Great Steak in the other food court where they make it in front of you, the grill is in the back and there is no way it could be cooked so quick. The sandwich was warm but not hot and dry as well. After looking at the sandwich I realized the cheesesteak meat was simply batch prepared, then reheated at a later time.I would strongly suggest not to eat here as I would not be able to determine how old and safe the place would be to eat. Simply put, I ate both locations in the last 8 days and asked for a simple request which was to put the cheese on the bottom underneath the meat. If they ignore something so simple, how could I entrust Great Steak to follow safe food handling.

Google Maps says they close at 9:30PM on Saturdays. Drove 20 minutes over to be nonchalantly told they closed at 8PM. Frustrating. The food is good when they're open ?

Stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered a Philly cheese steak meal. While the total was $11 with tax, yeah I paid less for it when compared to Jersey Mike's subs, however, you get what you pay for ☹️

I ate lunch here one day while shopping at the mall. I got the regular Great Steak sandwich on white bread. The sandwich was just okay. There was way too much mayo on it and I love mayo on my sandwiches so that's really saying something. The service was a little slow but friendly enough and the price was pretty good.
The food here was really pretty good. It was also very cost effective. Had some of the cheapest drinks and a very nice salad for the price

They have a variety of options to choose from but we quite enjoyed the cookie sandwich with frosting in between 2 chocolate chip cookies.

Wanted to get some food with a lemonade, but the people before me got it all and that's fine. She said maybe 4 minutes to fill I said ok I'll wait on it, so I got out of line a proceeded to wait in front of establishment only for her to keep looking over like she didnt expect me to stay really. And then yelled over about 5 minutes later and said they not going to fill it. If you had no intentions on filling it don't tell people otherwise.
