I ordered a large and only meat I got was in the middle of my sandwich both ends were empty no meat, onions, peppers, but plenty of lettuce to cover up the lack of food I paid for. My friends reg sandwich had more meat than my large.

They had decreased the portion size of the steak where it's basically a hoagie sandwich with a small amount of meat but the prices have definitely gone up.

The food was mediocre . The chili was TERRIBLE. The worse chili I’ve ever had in my life. I’m pretty sure they grabbed a can of great value chili and dumped it in a can and served it.

Great Steak is what you would expect out of a mall food court Cheesesteak location. When we came to visit the mall of America I tried to hit food places that I didn't recognize from places I go more frequently. This made for an easy something different during a meal my kids opted for more well known fast food chain options. The service was decent enough for a fast food style sandwich place. The fries were fresh and the better part of my meal, but the sandwich was decent enough for me to eat most of it. Would I go out of my way for either one of the locations they have here at the mall of America, one at each of the food courts in the mall, probably not. Though it is a safe decent enough option to avoid the regular drive thru options.

Delicious cheese steak. Great price. Always come here for a super Philly every time I come to MOA. Whenever I come to MOA, I crave this place and Cinnabon and must hit both before leaving.
BBQ Beef Sandwich was pretty disappointing. Very little meat or toppings. Nachos with beef and cheese on them that a mall employee ordered ahead of me looked like a better option. Always follow the lead of the locals, I guess.

Simply terrible!! What they need to do is go eat at Beefsteak Charlie's to learn about a good fast food Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The beef was dry, no visible onions and peppers, and Velvetta for the cheese!!?? C'mon people. This place is an absolute ripoff!! I wish I would've read the reviews before throwing away $10 and a sandwich. Yuk!

Delicious cheesesteaks! I didn’t try the Wiz sauce because personally I like sliced cheese better, but the bread and steak were really good! This place had me craving more once I was finished; too bad I live across the country!
